我们正在寻找对旅游行业充满热情、好奇心强、愿意主动学习成长的在校大学生加入！作为青少年销售团队实习生，你将深度参与上海迪士尼度假区商业渠道销售与分销渠道的核心业务，在专业团队的指导下提供全方位辅助支持，具体包括但不限于：协助团体票销售相关工作推进，助力分销客户群体拓展，为团队达成业务目标添砖加瓦；配合商业渠道与分销渠道的业务跟进、内部跨部门协作执行，参与相关系统操作、特殊业务需求响应，以及团队项目的业务拓展辅助、客户关系维护等工作，在实践中助力团队实现预期业务成果。

主要职责：

1. 日常 Delphi 系统咨询处理及预订信息录入；​
2. 青少年渠道宣传物料（POSM）及赠品的日常管理；​
3. 青少年业务公共邮箱的咨询邮件每日跟踪与反馈；​
4. 每月宣传物料的收集、整理及向旅游合作伙伴的配送对接；​
5. 销售合同相关的流程跟进与协调；​
6. 青少年旅游市场信息收集（含市场趋势、政策更新、同业动态等）；​
7. 基础业务原始数据整理与初步分析；​
8. 内部运营流程的可行性核查与跟进。

 Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic college students with a strong curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow to join us! As a Youth Sales Team Intern, you will deeply engage in the core businesses of commercial channel sales and distribution channels at Shanghai Disney Resort. Under the guidance of a professional team, you will provide comprehensive auxiliary support, including but not limited to: assisting in advancing group ticket sales-related work, contributing to the expansion of the distribution customer base, and supporting the team in achieving business goals; coordinating with the follow-up of commercial and distribution channel businesses, participating in internal cross-departmental collaboration and execution, conducting relevant system operations, responding to special business needs, and providing assistance in business expansion of team projects and customer relationship maintenance. Through practical experience, you will help the team achieve expected business results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Delphi system inquiry handling and booking information entry;​
2. Daily management of Youth channel POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and giveaways;​
3. Daily tracking and response to inquiry emails in the Youth business public mailbox;​
4. Monthly collection, sorting and delivery of POSM to travel partners;​
5. Follow-up and coordination of sales contract-related processes;​
6. Youth travel market information collection (including market trends, policy updates, peer dynamics, etc.);​
7. Collation and preliminary analysis of basic business raw data;​
8. Feasibility check and follow-up of internal operation processes.

You Will Gain:

1. In-depth understanding of the sales logic and channel operation model of the youth travel industry, and mastery of practical skills in the travel product booking system (Delphi);​
2. Familiarity with the full-chain business operations of the travel industry, such as POSM management, contract processes, and partner coordination;​
3. Improvement of market research, data collation and analysis, and information screening capabilities, as well as establishment of industry sensitivity;​
4. Enhancement of efficient communication, cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving skills, and accumulation of practical workplace experience;​
5. Exposure to core business modules of the travel industry, laying a solid foundation for future career development (e.g., travel sales, marketing operations, channel management).

1. 在校大学生，专业不限（旅游管理、市场营销、商务英语、行政管理等相关专业优先）；​
2. 具备基本文秘素养：熟练使用 Word、Excel、PPT 等办公软件，打字速度较快，数据录入准确高效；​
3. 工作认真负责、细致严谨，有良好的时间管理能力和执行力，能按时完成工作任务；​
4. 沟通表达清晰流畅，具备良好的服务意识和团队协作精神；​
5. 能持续实习 6 个月以上，每周到岗不少于 4 天（全勤优先）；​
6. 英语基础良好，能处理简单英文咨询或文件（加分项）。

 Desired Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled college student, no restriction on major (majors related to Tourism Management, Marketing, Business English, Administrative Management are preferred);​
2. Basic secretarial skills: proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PPT), fast typing speed, and accurate and efficient data entry;​
3. Responsible, meticulous and rigorous in work, with good time management skills and execution ability to complete tasks on time;​
4. Clear and fluent communication skills, with good service awareness and team spirit;​
5. Able to intern for more than 2 months, with on-site attendance of no less than 4 days per week (full attendance is preferred);​
6. Good English foundation, capable of handling simple English inquiries or documents (a plus).
