职位介绍:
作为安保运营团队实习生,您的主要职责是遵守国家法律法规、行业标准和公司政策;接受公司、运营部和业务线的全课目培训;掌握并执行所担任安保岗位的岗位职责、安保流程或程序、接受安保审计并持续改进。
工作内容:
- 重视自身安全,发现不安全现象或行为时,及时向直线经理或安保传讯中心报告
- 始终保持迪士尼形象标准
- 始终以温和、礼貌的态度与游客、演职人员和其他人员互动
- 经培训,尽快掌握《上海迪士尼乐园游客须知》和《上海迪士尼度假区酒店宾客须知》
- 经培训,掌握安保传讯准则,熟练使用岗位呼号、事件代码和行动代码进行传讯
- 在乐园游客抵达过程中,在乐园主入口,按照运营计划,协助执行游客筛查流程,例如金属探测安检预检
- 在乐园游客抵达过程中,在乐园主入口,按照运营计划,协助执行游客引导工作,例如游客大件或小件行李寄存引领
- 在酒店宾客抵达过程中,在酒店出入口,按照运营计划,协助执行出入管控流程,例如外来人员、车辆准入授权查验
- 在酒店宾客抵达过程中,在酒店大堂,按照运营计划,协助执行出入管控流程,例如观察、评估、接洽,并在必要时解释解决方案
- 根据运营需要,可能
会被安排参与临时活动的安保工作,例如庆典、运营高峰日等
此外,基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质,演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责:
- 在各区域协助客流管控
- 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
- 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
- 协助其他工作(包括但不限于商品打包,行李搬运等)
- 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
- 在其他相关部门处理现金或POS机相关的工作(* 此仅适用于和现金或POS相关的工作岗位)

Safety is top priority in the operations of Shanghai Disney Resort and is the foundational element of Disney's Five Keys. We collaborate with cast members and provide expert training across various fields. Our goal is to protect the magical experiences at Shanghai Disney Resort by ensuring high-quality safety services.
Job Summary:
As an intern in the Security Operations team, your primary responsibilities include complying with all applicable national laws and regulations, industry standards, and company policies; completing comprehensive training programs provided by the company, the Operations department, and the relevant business lines; and acquiring the knowledge and capability to effectively perform assigned security duties. You will be expected to follow established security roles and responsibilities, security processes and procedures, participate in security audits, and drive continuous improvement in security operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of personal safety and promptly report any unsafe conditions or behaviors to your line manager or the Security Communications Center.
- Consistently uphold Disney Look standards at all times.
- Interact with guests, cast members, and other individuals in a calm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Become familiar with and comply with the Shanghai Disneyland Resort Park Rules and Regulations, the Shanghai Disney Resort Hotel Rules and Regulations through required training.
- Develop a solid understanding of security communication protocols through training, including the accurate use of post call signs, incident codes, and action codes.
- During park guest arrival periods, support guest screening operations at the main entrance in accordance with operational plans, including assisting with pre-screening metal detection procedures.
- During park guest arrival periods, support guest flow and guidance at the main entrance in accordance with operational plans, including directing guests to large or small luggage storage areas.
- During hotel guest arrival periods, support access control procedures at hotel entrances in accordance with operational plans, including verification of authorization for external personnel and vehicles.
- During hotel guest arrival periods, support access control procedures in hotel lobbies, including observation, assessment, guest engagement, and explanation of solutions when necessary.
- Based on operational needs, may be assigned to provide security support for temporary or special events, such as celebrations or peak operating days.
Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
- Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
- Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
- Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
- Assist with other tasks (including but not limited to logistics and stocking)
- Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
- Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs (* applicable to cash-handling or POS related jobs only)
- 持有《保安员证》,或入职后愿意参加《保安员证》相关培训并通过考核(含培训背景调查)。
- 具有基本的安全意识、纪律意识和服务意识,并且愿意不断提升。
- 愿意与您未来的管理者就工作相关事项进行沟通,协商处理各类工作事务。
- 对于安全工作有强烈的好奇心且有深入学习的意愿。
- 对娱乐业和旅游业充满热情。
- 您需要完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核(包括但不限于:岗前培训)
- 保证6个月及以上的连续实习期,接受不同的班次安排。
- 能够适应室内及室外不同的工作环境。
- 年满18周岁及以上,大专或本科学历以上的在校生,专业不限。
- 具备流利的普通话交流能力。
- Hold a valid Security Guard Certificate, or be willing to participate in relevant Security Guard Certificate training and successfully pass all required assessments after onboarding (including training-related background checks).
- Demonstrate a basic awareness of safety, discipline, and service, with a strong willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Be willing to communicate and collaborate with your future manager on work-related matters and effectively coordinate the handling of daily work activities.
- Show strong curiosity and a genuine interest in security operations, with a willingness to learn and develop deeper knowledge in the field.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for the entertainment and tourism industries.
- Complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
- Be able to work for a minimum of six consecutive months and work different shifts.
- Willing to work both indoors and outdoors.
- Eighteen years old and above, currently enrolled in a college degree program, major not limited.
- Be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin.
