实习生，初级园丁应具备合理科学的园林养护的基础知识，同时要了解不同种类观赏植物及其养护方法。在上海迪士尼度假区，实习生，初级园丁将会与资深园丁以及维护工一起工作，共同对度假区内植被及景观进行养护。应听从资深园丁和园艺经理的指示，并应具备园艺养护的实际经验，习惯与其他同事合同协作。
工作可能需三班轮岗，在恶劣天气，如台风大暴雨天气，需要在岗位值班，以应对恶劣天气可能造成的危害。
工作内容：
- 与资深园丁及其他初级园丁进行常规园林及景观养护工作
- 熟悉常规的树木修剪、剪切、割灌等日常工作，可操作不同类型的园林工具和设备，如绿篱机，割灌机，电锯等，熟练使用这些工具设备是景观养护的基本需求
- 对度假区所辖范围内植物病虫害进行踏查，和植保技师一起做好检查与防治
- 对度假区所辖范围的灌溉系统（包括地面冲洗）进行定期检查保养维护，对故障及时进行排查维修
- 及时检查，更换特定种植区域已死植被或者长势不理想的植被
- 会操作一些园林机械设备，如高架平台、驱动车辆和高尔夫球车等
- 能根据观察植物生长及土壤状况，做到及时灌溉补水
- 积极完成领导安排的其他各项工作

No matter what role you have in the Attractions Operations, Central Shops, Facilities and Operations Services or Horticulture, you will have the opportunity to exercise your skills. You will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work together to bring the magic to life.
Intern, Junior Gardener must have a basic understanding of proper landscape maintenance, knowledge of different ornamental plants and the proper ways to maintain them. Intern, Junior Gardener will work with Gardener specialist to maintain the plants and landscape at Shanghai Disney Resort. Intern, Junior Gardener will take orders and instructions from superior leaders. Intern, Junior Gardener should have practical gardening maintenance experience and work well with others.
May be required to work on third shift, and station at work location during inclement weather and ride out through the storms or typhoons.
What You’ll Do:
- Regular gardening and landscape maintenance work to maintain healthy and vigorous plants
- Must operate different models of power tools such as hedge shears, pole pruners, pole saw, grass trimmer, push mowers, and become a daily requirement
- According to the arrangement of Senior PM technician, implement the plant protection work plan, including plant disease and pests, weed control
- Maintain Irrigation equipment of SHDR, including periodic inspections of nozzles, filter, water meter, master valves, isolation valves, control valves, controllers and wash down valves
- Reinstalls or replaces dead or unwanted plants on designated planting areas
- Operate large machinery, such as an elevated platform, driving vehicle and golf cart
- Know how and when to water the plant if it’s needed

- 具备种植、喷灌、除杂草、剪草、清洁等其他日常维护基本标准要求，有能力维护管理无瑕疵的花园景观
- 了解不同植被种类及其养护需求（如：水分、光照、养分等）
- 与同事沟通交流，达到团队合作，协同工作
- 能接受三班轮替（早、晚、夜班）及周末调换班
- 持有机动车C类驾驶证者优先考虑
- 持有园林等资格证书者优先考虑
- Understand and comply with requirements for the safe performance of work and perform all work in the safest way possible
- Plant, water, weed, mulch, mow, clean-up, and any other task required to maintain impeccable gardens
- Knowledge of different plant and their maintenance requirements, such as water, pruning, weed, fertilizer, etc
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work
- Available to work third shift or work on weekends
- Driving license C is preferred
- Landscape Certificate is preferred
