作为联盟管理实习生， 您的主要职责是支持直属经理顺利完成与主要餐饮类联盟伙伴相关的所有合同义务（例如联合品牌营销活动、园内产品开发等），并挖掘潜在的商业价值，从而助力提升上海迪士尼度假区的财务表现与游客体验。
工作内容：
- 了解企业联盟的商业模式，开发联盟管理战略框架、提案材料以及其他战略/商业相关文件
- 负责项目周期管理，包括计划制定、资源协调、进度跟踪，有效沟通协调各方利益相关者，推动项目目标顺利达成
- 按需支持客户会议、内部工作坊以及其他行政类工作
- 支持账户相关的周边业务内部流程，例如商品订购、创意拍摄、商务服务与活动等

Intern, Alliance Management
Line of Business: Corporate Alliance
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Summary:
As a Alliance Management Intern, your primary duty is to support your line manager to achieve all key business goal by smoothly delivering contractual obligations with key F&B related partners, e.g. co-brand marketing campaigns, in-berm product development etc., and identify potential business value, ultimately benefit Shanghai Disney Resort’s financial impact and consumer experience enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand CA business model, and develop framework of AM strategy, pitch deck, and other strategic/business materials
- Manage the project lifecycle, including planning, resource coordination, progress tracking, and effectively communicate and align all stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Ad hoc support on client meetings, internal workshops, and other administrative tasks
- Support account ancillary related initiatives internal process, e.g. merchandise ordering, creative shooting, business service & event etc.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and accounts with quick turnaround times
- A passion to solve problems and drive things to move forward
- Team work & coordination
- Good written and verbal communication skills, Internal/external communications
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Preferred MBA or business school
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and spreadsheets
- Minimum 3 days per week on-site
