上海迪士尼度假区现正招聘财务分析员一名,支持日常的财务报告以及满足日常的商业分析的需求。该职位将直接汇报给助理财务经理。此职位将在财务月结过程中起到关键作用,并且帮助进行相关财务分析与报告。

工作内容:
- 负责财务月结关键时间节点以及所需资料与各业务条线合作伙伴有效沟通与合作,包括但不限于税务团队,运营财务团队,华特迪士尼幻想工程师财务团队,薪资团队以及财务系统部门等;
- 准备并编制财务月结过程中总账层面的会计分录以确保财务报表能按照会计准则的要求编制;
- 执行资产负债表相关科目的调节表工作;
- 完成月度,季度和年度的财务报表,与其他财务团队紧密合作完成相关的数据差异分析,提交给公司和高级管理层;
- 协助完成公司月度,季度和年度的各类报告以满足外部监管机构的要求,如国资委报告,法定审计报告的要求等;
- 协助完成上海迪士尼度假区资产分类和资产管理;
- 为各业务条线的合作伙伴提供日常的财务咨询和会计知识支持;
- 与直线经理紧密合作,帮助其领导和执行不同的重要项目;
- 与内部审计部门和外部财务审计公司密切合作,协助审计工作开展;
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。
我们希望您:
- 会计或财务相关的学士学位;
- 相关领域二年以上的工作经验;
- 具有会计相关经验和技能,熟悉中国企业会计准则;
- 良好的分析技能和合作能力,了解SQL、Power BI、Excel Macro、Python等数据分析工具,并乐意学习;
- 流利的中英文书写及口头交流能力;
- 熟练运用微软Office软件以及SAP或与其功能相近的财务软件;
- 良好的团队工作能力并且注重细节;
- 良好的沟通和人际交往能力;
- 具有中国注册会计师或者其他相关证书优先;
- 熟悉美国会计准则优先;
- 拥有系统自动化及流程优化经验优先。
Financial Analyst
Line of Business: Controllership
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Summary:
Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its financial reporting and business analysis needs. Reporting to Associate Finance Manager, this position will be a key contributor to the whole month-end closing process as well as the support of financial analysis and reporting.
An ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, will be focused on providing accurate and timely information and will possess a customer service mindset that focuses on providing top-notch service to various partners in the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Responsible for the coordination and communicate with Finance and other Line of Business partners on month-end closing schedule and data collection, including but not limited to Tax, Operation Finance, WDI Finance, Payroll, Financial System and etc.;
- Prepare and post GL journal entries during month-end closing process to ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles;
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and work with other finance teams to provide variance explanation of relevant statements to executive leadership and corporate;
- Assist any reports to meet external requirements, e.g. SASAC reporting, statutory reports and etc.;
- Assist to complete Shanghai Disney Resort assets segregation and assets management;
- Provide day to day financial consultation and accounting support to other Line of Business partners;
- Partner closely with the line manager to lead and complete various projects;
- As per SHDR’s requirements, assit manager to participate in the projects related to Finance transformation and internal process optimization;
- Work closely with internal control team and external auditors to support audit work;
- Completed other tasks assigned by the superior.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
- 2+ years working experience in related area;
- Possesses accounting skills & knowledge, familiar with PRC Generally Accepted Accounting Principles;
- Strong data analytical skill, know about data analysis tools, such as SQL, Power BI, Excel Macro, Python, etc., and willing to learn more;
- Strong analytical and partnering skills;
- Proficient language skills in both English and Chinese, oral and written;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP or any similar accounting system;
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- CPA or other equivalent certificate is preferred;
- Familiar with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is preferred;
- Experience on system automation and process optimization is preferred.
