Job Summary:
工作内容:
负责财务月结关键时间节点以及所需资料与各业务条线合作伙伴有效沟通与合作,包括但不限于税务团队,运营财务团队,华特迪士尼幻想工程师财务团队,薪资团队以及财务系统部门等;
准备并编制财务月结过程中总账层面的会计分录以确保财务报表能按照会计准则的要求编制;
执行资产负债表相关科目的调节表工作;
完成月度,季度和年度的财务报表,与其他财务团队紧密合作完成相关的数据差异分析,提交给公司和高级管理层;
协助完成公司月度,季度和年度的各类报告以满足外部监管机构的要求,如国资委报告,法定审计报告的要求等;
协助完成上海迪士尼度假区资产分类和资产管理;
为各业务条线的合作伙伴提供日常的财务咨询和会计知识支持;
与直线经理紧密合作,帮助其领导和执行不同的重要项目;
与内部审计部门和外部财务审计公司密切合作,协助审计工作开展;
完成上级交办的其他工作。
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Responsible for the coordination and communicate with Finance and other Line of Business partners on month-end closing schedule and data collection, including but not limited to Tax, Operation Finance, WDI Finance, Payroll, Financial System and etc.;
Prepare and post GL journal entries during month-end closing process to ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles;
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations;
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and work with other finance teams to provide variance explanation of relevant statements to executive leadership and corporate;
Assist any reports to meet external requirements, e.g. SASAC reporting, statutory reports and etc.;
Assist to complete Shanghai Disney Resort assets segregation and assets management;
Provide day to day financial consultation and accounting support to other Line of Business partners;
Partner closely with the line manager to lead and complete various projects;
As per SHDR’s requirements, assit manager to participate in the projects related to Finance transformation and internal process optimization;
Work closely with internal control team and external auditors to support audit work;
Completed other tasks assigned by the superior.
