职位介绍：

厨师主管需负责厨房指定区域的高效日常运营，全程工作需严格遵守上海迪士尼度假区餐饮标准，确保所有出品在口味与摆盘上均达到专业、高品质的标准；同时需保障服务流程安全周到、专业高效且灵活适配，为游客在上海迪士尼度假区创造神奇的餐饮体验。本岗位直接向厨师长和副厨师长汇报。

工作内容：

·        提供及时、有效和个性化的对客服务，确保达到专业、高品质的工作水准。遇到不能解决的问题时，迅速汇报。

·        有效的协调组织厨房指定区域的工作，提高工作效率。

·        确保厨房指定区域所有的菜肴符合菜谱的标准。

·        监督食品准备和烹制的过程防止浪费。

·        保证厨房的卫生符合卫生部门和酒店的标准。

·        维护厨房内的各种仪器和设备。

·        保证厨房指定区域所有的员工熟悉我们的员工守则和运营指南。

·        根据上级的要求，需到厨房任何区域提供协助。

·        熟悉并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度，及公司关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。

·        根据公司的指引，回应需求、改变，执行任何合理的任务及额外职责。

我们希望您：

·        精通亚洲和国际菜肴制作，需具备至少 2 年酒店或大型高端餐厅的厨房主管工作经验，或3-4 年酒店 / 大型优质餐厅 的领班工作经验；优先考虑拥有国际知名品牌或高端餐厅从业经历的人员。

·        持有厨房生产或烹饪相关资质证书者将优先考虑。

·        必须全面掌握厨房卫生操作规范及职业健康安全标准。

·        具备基础的微软办公软件（MS Office）操作能力。

·        具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力，良好的中文书面表达能力和基础的英文能力。

·  能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日。

Job Summary:

The Chef de Partie will be responsible for delivering unforgettable dining experiences by leading the efficient day-to-day operation of designated section in the kitchen, in full compliance with SHDR Food and Beverage standards.

You will oversee the designated section in the kitchen to ensure all food items are prepared to the standards of flavor and presentation. You will also ensure safe, courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service creating a magical dining experience for all guests at Shanghai Disney Resort. You will report directly to the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef of the Kitchen.

What You’ll Do:

·        Deliver professional and personalized service to customers in a timely and effective manner, promptly report and escalate any unresolved issues or complex guest complaints to management for swift resolution.

·        Organizes and sets up the designated section as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximize productivity.

·        Ensure all dishes produced in the designated section are prepared in strict accordance with approved recipes and standards.

·        Monitors food and operating costs and controls these by reducing waste.

·        Ensures the hygiene standards for kitchen are being met.

·        Ensures that operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage.

·        Ensures that the designated section in the kitchen CMs are fully conversant with Employee Handbook and Operational Guidelines.

·        Assistance may be provided in any section of the kitchen as requested by the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef.

·        Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the company’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health, and safety.

·        In accordance with company guidelines, respond to operational needs, adapt to changes, and perform any other reasonable tasks and additional duties as assigned by management.       

What To Bring:

·        Proficient in Asian and International Cuisine with minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel or restaurant, preferably with experience in luxury international brands or high-end restaurants.

·        Qualification in kitchen production or culinary will be an advantage.

·        Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.

·        Basic computer skills in MS Office.

·        Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills, excellent Chinese written expression abilities and basic English skills

·        Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
