作为上海迪士尼度假区助理经理,海外市场部,你将独立牵头东南亚、大中华区、日韩等核心海外市场的媒体投放与消费者激活全周期工作;深度整合消费者洞察分析、媒体策略与投放、自有社媒粉丝增长、官网转化等商业动作,负责搭建并落地海外营销体系,推动跨部门协同,为管理层提供数据驱动的营销决策支持,助力上海迪士尼度假区在海外市场实现品牌影响力与商业价值双增长。
岗位职责
1. 商业洞察、增长机会挖掘与商业规划
・整合东南亚、大中华区、日韩等核心海外市场消费行为、本地市场趋势及行业竞争动态,输出涵盖消费者需求、市场空白、竞争优势、盈利驱动因素的全面商业洞察,作为媒体投放、消费者激活、数字营销策略及业务布局的核心决策依据。
・通过深度市场分析挖掘潜在增长机会(如新兴游客群体、未开拓区域市场、创新合作模式等),结合度假区资源优势与市场需求开展可行性评估,并纳入商业规划体系。
・基于商业洞察与增长机会,分市场制定涵盖媒体投放、消费者活动及业务发展的年度 / 季度整合策略,明确各市场核心目标,拆解为含明确时间节点、责任主体及资源配置的可落地执行方案。
2. 媒体投放全周期管理
• 负责核心海外媒体平台(含国际主流媒体及东南亚、日韩、大中华区本地平台)投放策略制定、预算分配及资源,牵头项目推进、落地与效果评估,保障投放资源最优配置。
• 统筹度假区官网海外SEM营销体系搭建,涵盖关键词策略、广告创意优化、落地页迭代及投放效果监控,持续提升SEM流量转化率与官网海外用户访问占比。
• 基于投放数据实时优化媒体组合与投放节奏,通过A/B测试、受众定向调整等方式持续提升广告ROI,完成媒体投放商业效果分析。
3. 数据复盘与合作管理
• 定期整合媒体投放、SEM转化、官网销售及海外游客相关数据,输出多维度效果分析报告,提炼可复用营销方法论并推动策略迭代优化。
• 独立对接海外合作方(媒体平台、活动执行方、数字营销机构等),负责合作协议洽谈与执行监管,保障合作项目保质保量落地。
任职要求
• 市场营销、广告学、传播学、工商管理等相关专业本科及以上学历,硕士学历优先。
• 具备5年及以上海外数字营销与媒体投放经验;拥有旅游/休闲/娱乐行业2年以上工作经验者优先考虑。
• 具备较强数据分析能力,熟练运用Google Analytics等数据分析工具监控营销效果,可基于数据洞察制定优化策略。
• 工作积极主动,结果导向,具备出色问题解决能力及对海外市场动态变化的适应能力。
• 英语听说读写流利,可作为工作语言;熟练掌握日语、韩语或东南亚语种者优先。
Job Summary
As the Assistant Marketing Manager of Overseas Marketing at Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR), you will independently lead the full-cycle work of media placement and consumer activation in core overseas markets including Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan and South Korea. You will deeply integrate commercial activities such as consumer insight analysis, media strategy and placement, owned social media follower growth, and official website conversion. You are responsible for formulating and implementing the overseas marketing system, driving cross-departmental collaboration, and providing data-driven marketing decision support to senior management, so as to boost the dual growth of brand influence and commercial value of Shanghai Disney Resort in overseas markets.
Job Responsibilities
1. Business Insights, Growth Opportunities & Business Planning
• Integrate consumer behaviors, local market trends in core overseas markets (Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan and South Korea) to output comprehensive business insights, serving as the core decision-making basis for media placement, consumer activation and business layout.
• Identify potential growth opportunities (such as emerging tourist segments, untapped regional markets, innovative cooperation models) through in-depth market analysis, conduct feasibility assessments combining SHDR’s resource advantages and market demand, and incorporate them into business planning.
• Based on business insights and growth opportunities, formulate market-specific annual/quarterly integrated strategies (covering media placement & consumer activities), and convert them into actionable implementation plans with clear timelines, responsible parties and resource allocation.
2. Full-cycle Management of Media Placement
• Be responsible for the formulation of placement strategies, budget allocation and resource negotiation for core overseas media platforms (including international mainstream media and local platforms in Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea and Greater China), lead project promotion, implementation and effect evaluation to ensure the optimal allocation of placement resources.
• Oversee the construction of the SEM overseas marketing system for SHDR’s official website, including keyword strategy, advertising creative optimization, landing page iteration and placement effect monitoring, to continuously improve the SEM traffic conversion rate and the proportion of overseas users accessing the official website.
• Real-time optimize media mix and placement rhythm based on placement data, continuously improve advertising ROI through A/B testing, audience targeting adjustment and other methods, and analyze the commercial effects of media placement.
3. Data Review and Analysis
• Regularly integrate data on media placement, SEM conversion, official website sales and overseas tourists, output multi-dimensional effect analysis reports, extract reusable marketing methodologies and drive strategy iteration.
• Independently connect with overseas partners (media platforms, event operators, digital marketing agencies, etc.), be responsible for the negotiation and execution supervision of cooperation agreements to ensure the quality and quantity of cooperative projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration or related majors; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in overseas digital marketing and media placement; candidates with more than 2 years experience in the tourism/leisure/entertainment industry are preferred; those with working experience in Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan and South Korea markets are highly desirable.
• Possess strong data analysis skills, proficient in using data analysis tools (such as Google Analytics) to monitor marketing effects, and able to formulate optimization strategies based on data insights.
• Proactive work attitude, result-oriented, with strong problem-solving ability and adaptability to the dynamic changes of overseas markets.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) as a working language; proficiency in Japanese, Korean or Southeast Asian languages is preferred.
