职位介绍：

树艺师将对度假区内的树木提供良好的维护和照顾，协助评估树木的健康、安全和布置方式，通过一系列的改善及矫正行为以取得长期卓越的成果。树艺师也应具有一定的艺术审美能力，确保树木修剪造型合理美观。

工作内容：

• 遵守安全承诺 ，正确穿戴PPE个人防护用品，如防噪耳机、耳塞、安全头盔、安全眼镜、安全鞋、防割手套和反光背心等
• 检查诊断树木的生长状况，根据需要对树枝或树干进行修剪及剪切等作业
• 能在树冠上熟练自由地操作油锯、手锯、高枝割灌机等，对树木进行常规剪切、修边及修剪，防止树木生长不成比例或遮挡视线
• 做好工作日志，记录树木生长相关数据
• 在工作培训中，不断强化并提高个人在树艺学上的技能，包括最新园艺工具及设备技术
• 做好对雷暴，台风等恶劣天气的应急预案和受灾救急工作

我们希望您：

• 理解并完全遵守安全行为准则，所有作业必须遵守安全第一的原则
• 二年以上园林或园艺种植及维护工作经验
• 与同事沟通交流，开展团队协同工作
• 熟悉常规的树木修剪、剪切、割灌等日常工作
• 可接受在一定的高度进行作业
• 可以接受凌晨和通宵的常规工作时段，及周末调换班
• 可以接受在户外高温，甚至较恶劣的环境下工作，如台风天气
• 可以接受登高作业
• 持有机动车驾驶证C级或以上执照
• 拥有园林等资格证书者优先录取
• 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

Welcome to the Facility and Operations Services Team

No matter what role you have in the Attractions Operations, Central Shops, Facilities and Operations Services or Horticulture, you will have the opportunity to exercise your skills. You will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work together to bring the magic to life.

Job Summary:

The arborist will provide care and maintenance to trees throughout the resort. They will assist in assessing the health, safety, and form of trees and perform corrective actions to encourage long-term success. The Arborist should have certain artistic judgment on how to prune or cut a tree properly.

What You’ll Do:

·    Follow the safety commitment, correctly wear the PPE like noise-proof earphone, earplug, safety helmet, safety glasses, safety shoes, cut resistant gloves and reflective vest

·      Inspect and check trees with their growing conditions. Operate any pruning, sheering of tree branches or limbs if necessary

·      Be able to operate freely up on the tree with chainsaw, handsaw, pole pruner while doing maintenance work at tree canopy so that they are not grown out of proportion or blocking the view

·      Keep records of tree working logbooks and tree growth data

·      Continuously improve on his/her skills in arboriculture through routine on the job training and maintain all tools and equipment for the job

·      Stand by for emergency recovery work during or after the thunderstorms, typhoons and so on

What To Bring:

• Understand and comply with requirements for the safe performance of work in the safest way possible
• Two years planting and maintenance experience
• Communicate with team members to coordinate their work
• Regular sheering, trimming and pruning work on trees
• Comfortable working at heights
• Available to work third-shift and/or work on weekend days
• Acceptable to work under the heat and even hostile environment like typhoon
•  Acceptable to ascend a height
• Driving license C or above
•  Landscape Certificate will be preferred
• Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
