职位介绍：
上海迪士尼度假区餐饮运营培训生将进行为期12个月的系统课程以及1对1的导师辅导支持。期间将分别加入乐园及酒店快餐厅、餐桌服务餐厅、宴会厅以及室外餐饮进行培训，所涵盖轮岗的职位包括但不限于快乐主人、主管和游客服务经理，以及跟随餐饮部区域经理、运营经理接受培训。还需要跟随运营财务、收益分析、劳动力管理和人力资源等部门合作伙伴学习、熟悉相关业务。运营培训生需要学习并掌握各工种的工作内容从而在轮岗期间为游客提供高质量的服务，提高游客的整体满意度。理论与实践相结合，从掌握餐厅工作站操作及基本管理知识开始，逐项学习财务管理、人力资源计划、服务管理、库存等。
工作内容：
· 您将依照培训计划，参与并通过各个阶段的在岗培训；
· 您需要完成跨岗位、跨部门的交叉培训；
· 您需要对自己的学习成果负责，定期与导师沟通学习成果；
· 您将在导师的监督下完成各个岗位工作，完成操作指南中所规定标准的实施，与主厨和餐饮经理保持沟通，反映建议和游客意见；
· 您将与共事演职人员沟通，鼓励演职人员的个人发展并帮助其进步，进行有效的班前会，确保所有人员知道贵宾、特殊场合、每日特色和特销产品；
· 您需要监督并随时跟踪整个餐厅的维护及维修以确保达到良好的演出状态；
· 您将负责盈亏情况，关注库存管理及防损，控制成本和支出，并能通过数据分析发掘商机，以提高商店营业额和服务质量；
· 您需要支持创新并使其落地，监督其对演职人员和游客体验的影响，并不断改进流程；
· 您将始终以安全为第一要素，确保共事演职人员，游客有一个安全有序的工作及就餐环境；
· 您将与其他业务线进行联系，紧密配合乐园和度假区的运营；
· 您负责培训并促使团队为游客提供迪士尼神奇体验。
我们希望您：
· 拥有本科及以上学历，流利的普通话、英语能力(书面及口头)；
· 具有良好的餐饮知识，有相关的餐饮职业管理课程学习或类似职业的实习或工作的经验；
· 了解餐饮卫生、存货控制、业务流程和游客控制的相关规定；
· 乐于从事餐饮零售业，适应倒班，能承受高强度工作压力和高效的工作节奏；
· 具有良好的执行力和一定的商业意识，工作主动，有强烈的学习意愿和能力并能适应新的挑战；
· 乐观积极，乐于并善于与人沟通；
· 具备创新思维，和组织活动的能力；
· 熟练操作Windows电脑系统，优秀的软件以及系统技能，包括Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, SAP等。
