Job Summary:

工作内容：

· 与品类规划团队、产品开发和采购团队密切合作，准确高效地在系统中设置产品项目。

· 支持品类规划团队进行日常采购订单管理（零售、成本、发货窗口），确保采购订单信息和产品交付准确无误。

· 支持品类规划团队监控各产品类别的销售、库存和订单，并下订单以满足销售需求。

· 支持品类/计划绩效跟踪、生成报告以及数据整合与分析。

· 支持品类规划团队与渠道规划团队合作，确保新产品分货、关键产品补货和陈列。

· 支持品类规划团队与传讯、系统团队和陈列团队合作，进行促销设置和标牌准备。

· 支持品类规划团队与仓库合作进行产品返工（加标/减标、重新包装等）。

Key Responsibilities:

· Work closely with Category Planning team, Product Development and Sourcing team on the product item set up in system with accuracy and efficiency.

· Support Category Planning team on daily purchase order management (retail, cost, ship window) to ensure accurate PO information and product delivery.

· Support Category Planning team to monitor by-SKU sales, inventory and on-order and place order to meet sales needs.

· Support category/program performance tracking and generating reports as well as data consolidation and analysis.

· Support Category Planning team to collaborate with Location Planning to ensure new product allocation, key item replenishment and display.

· Support Category Planning team to collaborate with Communications, System team and VM team on promotion setting and signage preparation.

· Support Category Planning team to work with warehouse on the product rework (mark-up/mark-down, repack etc.).

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

· Outstanding organization skills.

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to be flexible and detail-oriented.

· Desire to grow in a vertical merchandising organization.

· Love of product.

· Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
