Job Summary:

Job Purpose

This role is to support Business Planning & Operations on projects tracking, and process day to day operation and administration works for retail and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Planning projects, account for 20% of workload

  • Track and optimize retailer promotion execution and mapping.
  • Track and optimize marketing campaign execution and event mapping.
  • Other Ad hoc business planning tasks, ability to conduct light research.

Retail operation, account for 40% of workload

  • Collect and sort licensee product development information.
  • Lead the routine internal sharing of product update with retail team, to enable retail team’s product pitch with retailers.
  • Responsible for the licensee sample management for retailer team.
  • Track retailers sell-in, promotion progress, record licensee shipment and sell thru result.
  • Process retailer promotion contracts & AU letter timely.
  • Process vendor setup, VAT invoice for retailer and PO management timely.

Marketing Operations, account for 30% of workload

  • Support marketing leader for campaign planning.
  • Track the marketing events planning and pitching status.
  • Support key campaign execution.
  • Process marketing promotion partner contracts & AU letter timely.
  • Process vendor setup, VAT invoice for marketing promotion partner and PO management timely.

Administration assistance, account for 10% of workload

  • To help team leaders and the team to communicate externally and internally regarding all business matters.
  • Retail and marketing team meetings support and preparations.
  • Company event and activities support, meeting administrative support, team meeting notes.
  • Support retail and marketing team leaders to monitor all T&E and team budget control, prepare travel arrangement and expense reports.
  • Office daily administration management, office supply purchasing.

- Key stakeholders in Retail, Marketing, Category, PD, etc.

- Key licensees and distributors

- Retailers and Marketing Promotion Partners

Requirements

Education:

  • Business related bachelor degree or college education
  • Secretarial training desired

Experience:

  • Minimum of one years’ experience in assistant role and/or in marketing, retail or sales team support and administration
  • Experience in maintaining confidentiality
  • Prior experience with travel and logistic arrangements preferred

Core Skills:

  • Attention to details
  • Strong communication skill and logical thinking
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Fluency in English mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
  • Ability to compose email correspondence and conduct light research
  • Team player and able to work under pressure
  • Ambitions for learning & continuous improvement
