- 根据消费者在社交平台的社交、生活及旅行计划行为特性,平台包括并不限如微博、小红书、抖音、QQ、哔哩哔哩等渠道合作伙伴等(或新出现的以内容为导向的社交平台),开发并活化消费者互动项目;
- 负责团队的整体策略制定及效果分析,定期向度假区领导团队汇报,及向其他合作部门分享;
- 负责策划并执行有创意的、有影响力的优秀内容创作,并于各平台传播;
- 了解数字生态系统的变化动态,相应地迭代计划和战术,以实现一致的战略;
- 管理自媒体及第三方合作供应商,确保产出高质量内容、项目策划和执行;
- 管理定期(例如每周,每月等)报告的编制和分发;
- 根据生意需求支持宣传及乐园活动;
- 负责部门预算的规划及管理;
- 与各部门紧密合作以达成最佳目标。
我们希望您:
- 具备8年或以上工作经验,其中至少3年以上数字营销,特别是线上推广经验;
- 热爱互联网和数字营销,善于发现消费者痛点,挖掘需求,并能够根据市场洞察发展出营销创意策划;
- 有互联网产品意识,用推广产品的思维管理每一个线上推广项目;
- 有项目及团队管理经验,可以合理安排团队时间并同时负责多个项目;
- 具备卓越的人际交往和沟通能力,能够与内外部合作伙伴协同合作;
- 思维敏捷,有较强的网络热点把控能力, 并发展出有创意的市场活动;
- 具备诚信与职业道德;

Job Summary:
Shanghai Disney Resort Marketing team is in search of a highly motivated and passionate digital and social marketer with a proven track record to drive our digital and social campaigns. You will be responsible for managing Shanghai Disney Resort’s activation, content planning and amplification on social media platforms. This position will be based in Shanghai Disney Resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will develop excellent social activation and consumer engagement campaigns according to consumers’ social, lifestyle and travel planning behavior on social media platforms, including but not limited to Weibo, Red, Douyin, QQ, BiliBili ,and other travel partners (or any emerging social content-driven platforms);
- You will be responsible for setting up overall team strategy and result analysis, reporting up to leadership team and sharing to internal teams;
- You will plan and execute creative, impactful and quality content marketing campaigns and amplify throughout different social media platforms;
- You will understand the changing dynamics of the digital ecosystem, iterating the plan and tactics accordingly to achieve the aligned strategy;
- You will manage owned media operation team and external agencies in delivering quality content, program planning and execution;
- You will manage the compilation and dissemination of regular (e.g. weekly, monthly, etc.) reports;
- You will support campaign and Park initiatives according to business needs;
- You will be responsible for the team budget planning and management;
- You will synergy across Lines of Business teams to achieve best business objectives.
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 8 years working experience, with at least 3 years in digital marketing, especially online social campaigns;
- Passionate for internet and digital, being able to identify consumer pain points, and great at generating online consumer insights into campaign creative ideas;
- Able to manage and promote the campaign as a product;
- Proven experience in project management and team management skills with ability to prioritize workload among team members;
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external partners;
- Smart, quick to reacting to social and online trends and develop into creative marketing ideas;
- Strong integrity and ethics;
- Excellent Chinese and English presentation skills and thorough use of PowerPoint;
- Preferred Qualifications:
- o Background preference: Marketing communications, Tourism, Digital Marketing;
- o Solid business acumen, able to identify opportunities and integrate resources into marketing programs which are helpful for the achievement of business objectives;
- o Highly self-motivated, proven experience in project management with ability to multitask and prioritize;
- o Quick and responsive to social trends and hot topics, able to reflect and integrate with communication strategy;
- o Well-rounded, entrepreneurial, passionate for building social impact;
- o Passionate for Disney and believe in the power of dream.
