工作内容：

• 您将作为业务部门的财务伙伴、支持该业务线的日常运作，包括但不限于处理运营中出现的财务类需求、协调会计账务处理、预算与支出的相关审批、协调多部门沟通等；
• 您将支持公司各关键业务周期的财务计划：长期经营计划、全年经营预算和短期滚动预测，为业务部门有效完成预算目标提供持续的建议和方案，并确保与公司长期战略一致；
• 您将持续跟进分析业务部门的业绩表现，更新并持续改进常规业绩分析报告，提出有价值的见解并提出建议方案，并在各类会议中进行报告演讲；
• 您将深度参与各类研究分析项目（如特定业绩表现分析、投资回报分析、商业策略和业务合作的财务模型测算、 成本效率提升、商业机会挖掘等），独立建立和维护财务分析模型，以清晰，简洁和结构化的方式撰写分析报告，为复杂的关键业务决策提供策略性、有价值的见解，实现公司业绩增值。

我们希望您：

• 具备MBA或硕士学历并拥有外企相关财务管理领域5-7年工作经验，或者本科学位并拥有外企相关财务管理领域7-10年工作经验
• 在项目财务、运营财务、财务/商业计划分析、 财务报告、财务管理与控制和会计方面有丰富的工作经验
• 熟练掌握定量分析和财务建模，逻辑思维能力强，具有问题解决和关键性思维技能
• 具备突出的组织技能和团队合作能力，注重大局也能关注细节
• 良好的书面和口头沟通技能，以简洁积极的方式传达关键信息
• 自我激励，能够处理复杂情况，能胜任在一家跨国企业多元化的经营活动中工作
• 具备高度的责任感，可以同时处理多项任务
• 熟练使用微软办公自动化软件 (如：Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)，具备SAP或其它财务/ERP系统经验，能够快速学习和运用新技能/系统
• 中英文口头和书面均流利

Finance Manager

Line of Business: Operations Finance

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary：

We are seeking candidates with accomplished professional experience, curiosity, and desire to learn and grow, demonstrated analytical skills and outstanding academic records. In this role, you will lead a team that consists of finance partners to line(s) of business or specific business area and proactively influence the business team to execute budgets effectively so that the company can achieve its business results; and provide impeccable insights through financial analysis to inform various key business decisions and drive sustainable growth for the company.

You will have the opportunity to get exposed to a wide variety of lines of business at Shanghai Disney Resort, and play the role of a thought partner, to collaborate with business departments and team members on various cross-departmental projects, so that the resources are effectively and efficiently utilized to drive the growth from the lens of long-term success.

Key Responsibilities：

• You will perform as the finance business partner to support the operations of line(s) of business or specific business area as the key contact person, including but not limited to handling the finance related questions, coordinating accounting journal entries, reviewing budget and funding related requests, as well as facilitating cross-functional discussions for finance related matters;
• You will support the making of company's financial plans across key business cycles: Long Term Plan, Annual Operating Plan and rolling forecasting cycles, provide suggestions and action plans to line of business to manage the budget and meet the targets effectively in alignment with the strategic plan;
• You will continuously analyze the business performance of the line of business; improve and deliver regular management report on business performance while provide valuable insights and recommendations on business solution alternatives, and make a presentation at various business meetings;
• You will be deeply involved in various analytical projects (eg. ad hoc performance review, return on investment analysis, financial modeling behind the commercial strategy and business deal, cost efficiency improvement, business opportunity assessment, etc.), to build up financial models independently; write analysis reports in a clear, concise, and well-structured manner; provide strategic and value-added insights to support key decisions for complex business and contribute to company’s business growth.

Required Qualifications：

• MBA or other Master’s degree in the related management finance area of 5-7 years, or Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years relevant management finance
• Abundant experience in project finance, operations finance, financial planning, business planning or development, financial and/or management reporting, accounting, and/or corporate finance
• Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and financial modeling
• Demonstrated organizational skills and teamwork spirit with big picture and attention to detail
• Refined written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey key elements with a concise and positive manner
• Self-motivated and can deal with complexity, ability to work in a diversified business activities of a multinational company
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with knowledge of financial systems (e.g. SAP) and software with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Leadership by example, ability to lead and develop a strong team of finance professionals
• Enthusiasm for the entertainment and travel industries, passion for Disney brand
