作为上海迪士尼度假区的消费者营销助理经理,您将是执行和优化我们基于数据的消费者营销战略的关键推动者,营销活动覆盖所有消费者接触点。您将在基于CDP平台的活动运营、用户增长和生意增长方面扮演重要角色。同时,你也将代表消费者运营部门,参与到不同部门的消费者体验相关项目开发及讨论,并提供专业洞察及建议。通过密切的沟通合作,共同贡献消费者运营团队指标的增长。

主要职责:

  • 负责基于CDP平台的用户触达日常运营,为品牌建设和业务目标的跨渠道激活计划做出贡献;
  • 与内部创意和技术团队合作,计划和执行目标明确的营销活动,并与跨领域合作伙伴和代理合作,不断优化和健全消费者数据平台及消费者用户画像;
  • 策划、执行、管理和维护持续进行的消费者触达活动和基于商业目标的其他运营活动;
  • 追踪和分析数据,并通过快速测试和学习案例优化激活,确保数据洞察推动持续改进

    期望资格:

    • 拥有三年以上相关经历;
    • 拥有大学本科或以上学历;
    • 拥有品牌CDP运营策略、运营、增长经历优先;
    • 能够利用关键洞察, 始终以用户为中心做整体思考;
    • 拥有强大的项目管理经验;
    • 富有创新精神,乐观,充满激情。
    • 出色的人际交往能力,与内外部合作伙伴建立成功的工作伙伴关系。

    Job Summary:

    As an associate manager in Consumer Activation at Shanghai Disney Resort, you will be a crucial driver in executing and enhancing our data-driven consumer activation strategy along all consumer touch points. Your role is pivotal in overseeing CDP activation operation, user growth and revenue generation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for seamless execution, and successful engagement with internal and external stakeholders is paramount for optimizing media investment and achieving marketing objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead strategy-oriented and data-driven CDP program regular operation, contributing to cross-channel activation plans for brand building and business goals.
    • Collaborate with internal creative and technology teams to develop practical marketing activities and work with cross-discipline partners and agencies to establish a robust data-driven CDP operation model.
    • Plan, execute, manage and maintain ongoing both rules based and one-batch CDP activation.
    • Track and analyze activation data and optimize the CDP activations through fast test-and-learn cases, ensuring data insights drive continuous improvement.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of relevant experience in consumer activation and CDP operation, strongly emphasizing data-driven strategies, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
    • College degree or above.
    • Proven ability to think holistically in a consumer-centric manner, leveraging key insights for strategic planning.
    • Strong project management experience, emphasizing utilizing data for decision-making.
    • Innovative mindset with a passion for winning.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
