作为助理经理，消费者营销，您将负责上海迪士尼度假区自有运营平台（微信、网站、手机应用）消费者营销类产品开发的项目管理。通过与内部多部门的沟通合作，确保相关产品及时，准确，高效，并合乎迪士尼品牌要求标准，广告与商业相关法规的开发，上架，沟通及后期效果监测。

工作内容：

• 您将负责上海迪士尼度假区自有运营平台（微信、网站、手机应用）上的消费者营销类产品开发及上架流程的管理，与相关部门进行协调，沟通及推动项目进程
• 您将策划及推动项目进展，清晰设立项目间的优先级，完成项目相关团队的工作分配，监督及推动进展并确保项目按时合规的上线
• 您将确保各部门之间的高效沟通以达成产品开发及项目整合计划的执行
• 您将监督项目顺利进行，并就任何可能的风险及未知情况及时提出预警，提供解决方案并上报至领导层审批
• 您将带领并激励项目组成员高质量的完成工作，及时对成员表现进行反馈及赋能，发现机会点并主动提出优化方案
• 您将在项目进行中及结束后通过复盘总结经验并持续项目的优化
• 您将对外部市场上的同类产品保持高度敏感，定期向团队及相关业务部门提供建设性建议
• 您将与卓越商业管理经理及其他产品项目经理协作，持续推进流程优化

我们希望您：

• 拥有本科及以上学历
• 具备五年以上项目管理经验，熟悉跨国企业工作方式，有迪士尼内部工作经验者优先
• 拥有成熟的跨部门协调及项目管理能力, 并且能把任务按重要性有序的执行
• 具备卓越的人际交往和沟通能力，能够与内外部合作伙伴协同合作
• 具备诚信与职业道德，具备在压力下工作的能力

Job Summary

As Associate Manager, Consumer Activation, you will be accountable for project management of marketing consumer products development for Shanghai Disney Resort Digital Direct platforms (WeChat, Web and APP). You will collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timely and efficient product implementation in compliance with Disney Standards, marketing, advertisement/business laws & practices, while ensuring consistent, accurate communication and performance tracking   

Key Responsibilities

• You will lead the consumer product development projects by collaborating with relevant stakeholders & Line of Business to ensure timely product implementation across Shanghai Disney Resort digital direct platforms (WeChat, web and APP)
• You will plan and organize project implementation by prioritizing jobs, assigning tasks to the appropriate team members, controlling their progress and compliance through regular controls, and setting deadlines
• You will ensure the high efficient communication across relevant Line of Business to ensure the product development and execution of the integrated project plan
• You will ensure smooth implementation adapting to unplanned situations, monitoring operations, providing corrective actions and escalating risks to the leadership team
• You will lead and motivate project team members to complete their work with high quality, provide timely feedback and empowerment to members’ performance, identify opportunities and actively propose optimization plans
• You will provide timely performance reviewing along the progress for continuous project optimization
• You will maintain a high degree of sensitivity to similar products in the market, and regularly provide constructive opinions and suggestions to the team and related business departments
• You will cooperate with the Commercial Excellence Manager and other LOB PMOs for continuous process improvements

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• At least 5 years of project management experience with good understanding of practices in multinational companies in China. Broad Disney experience is desired
• Outstanding cross-departments coordination, project management capabilities and can execute tasks in an orderly manner according to importance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate with internal and external partners
• Strong integrity and professional ethics. Ability to work in high-pressure environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Strong self-motivated with problem-solving skills, pioneering spirit and goal oriented team player
• Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in spoken and written both Mandarin and English
