工作内容:
- 促进和提供从员工入职到离职的人力资源运营服务,包括协调供应商提供相关支持,跟踪及推动进展,确保完成度
- 维护人力资源主数据系统,确保数据准确性和及时性,并实时对数据进行审核
- 解答员工问询,确保良好的员工体验
- 支持人力资源运营团队的其他工作
- 为保证更好的员工体验,对流程及系统优化提出建议
- 与其他人力资源团队密切协作,建立良好的工作关系,积极主动,善于合作
- 保持积极正向的态度,在处理冲突、解决问题时寻求共赢
- 遵守公司及人力资源部门各项政策规定
我们希望您:
- 拥有本科及以上学历,人力资源专业优先
- 拥有2年以上人力资源工作经验,有迪士尼实习经验优先
- 具备熟练的中英文表达及沟通能力
- 具备良好的计算机技能(Excel, Word, PowerPoint),能熟练使用Excel软件优先
- 工作认真仔细、有条不紊的同时,能够迅速适应和应对变化
- 能够与其他团队和演职人员进行有效的沟通

HR Operations Associate Specialist
Line of Business: Human Resources
Location: China, Shanghai
Job Summary:
You will deliver Human Resources (HR) Operations services that are related to but not limit to onboarding, probation evaluation, position change, promotion, contract renewal, cast inquiries, separation processes. Provide suggestions for process design and enhancement when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and deliver HR Operations services from onboarding till separation, including working with the vendor to prepare the required document and tracking/drive all status until completion
- Maintain SAP system for whole work life cycle activities, ensure correctness and timely input, and perform required audit steps
- Answer Cast Member query and ensure a positive Cast experience
- Provide other administrative support within HR Operations services scope
- Make recommendations to process and system enhancement for a better Cast experience
- Work closely with Shanghai Disney Resort other HR functions, keep a good relationship with up and downstream work partners, and being an active team player
- Positive thinking and work towards a win-win solution when there is a conflict or problem needs to be solved
- Adhere to all company personnel policies and handbooks
Desired Qualifications:
- College degree or above, major in Human Resource is preferable
- 2 year working experience in the HR area is a plus and a Disney internship experience will be plus
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent Excel skills will be a plus
- Detail-oriented; ability to work in an organized and logic manner and with the flexibility to adapt to change when necessary
- Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with other teams and Cast Members
- Ability to exemplify the values of the Shanghai Disney Resort and share those values with clients and team
- Ability to work multi-tasking in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
