职位介绍:

本职位将通过开展消费者调研来支持上海迪士尼度假区市场营销部、传讯部、销售部、公共事务部、财务部、定价/票务部、运营部、餐饮部、商品部、娱乐演出部、人力资源部和幻想工程部等部门的工作。

工作内容:

  • 管理市场调研过程中的各个阶段,包括:需求确认、项目设计、调研方法设计、分析和调研结果的陈述;
  • 观察,跟踪,并分析消费者行为,生活方式和价值观变迁趋势,并与业务部门合作伙伴一起探索未来的生意机会与挑战;
  • 基于不同数据和研究的发现,提炼客观、清晰和可操作的洞见,以便高层管理人员能够做出基于事实的决定;
  • 向高级管理人员和其他相关人员提出关键的研究发现和建议,并贯彻执行;
  • 保持与不同业务部门的合作伙伴良好的合作关系,以消费者洞察帮助他们解决业务问题,确保从消费者角度出发制定业务战略;
  • 管理外部调研和数据供应商,并与之建立良好的战略合作关系。

我们希望您:

  • 本科或以上学位
  • 在消费者洞察领域拥有5年或以上工作经验
  • 熟练运用各种定性和定量研究方法,有未来研究和产品创新工作坊经验优先
  • 善于批判性思考,能够在复杂的商业环境中识别核心问题,并设计研究方案。尝试运用创新地研究方法解决问题。
  • 能够从数据和访谈中提取消费者洞察,以此提炼商业洞见和建议,并清晰地陈述研究结果
  • 善于团队沟通合作,并能够管理各方利益冲突
  • 解决问题技能突出
  • 良好的演讲技巧
  • 拥有流利的中英文口语和写作能力。

Job Summary:

This position will deliver actionable insights to Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) marketing strategy/communication, sales, public affairs, finance, pricing/ticketing, operations, food and beverage, merchandise, entertainment, HR and Imagineering departments through consumer and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of the market research process including needs identification, study design, questionnaire/discussion guides design, analysis, and presentation of results. 
  • Scan, track and analyze societal and consumer trends through primary and secondary research, and collaborate with stakeholders on business implications.
  • Connect the dots to provide objective, clear and actionable findings that allow management to make fact-based decisions.
  • Present key findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders and follow through.
  • Manage partnerships with different LOBs and help on addressing business issues with consumer insight. Ensure consumer perspectives are front-and-center across all LOB strategies.
  • Manage and coach external primary research / data vendors, and build strategic partnership with them.

 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Hands-on marketing researcher with 5 years or above experiences in research agencies.
  • Knowledgeable in a range of qualitative and quantitative consumer research techniques and analytics. Foresight and innovation workshop experience a plus.
  • Critical thinker, able to sort through complex business issues to develop research plans. Able to think out of the box and willing to try different research approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify thematic learning from studies, translate research data into actionable insights and recommendations through storytelling.
  • Demonstrated strong presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated strong partnering skills. Proven ability to handle conflict.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Written and verbal fluency in Mandarin and English.
