职位介绍：    
该职位将为上海迪士尼度假区的各工程服务（维护）团队提供建筑工程和专业技术支持。该职位将主要侧重于建筑单体（包括室内和室外）、区域开发、以及所有建筑工程相关事宜。该职位将支持主题乐园设施设备运营以及区域开发的相关工作，包括但不限于设施工程、区域开发、协助调试、识别及鉴定维护所需的工具和设备、编写安全/技术规程、查询各片区深化图以解决工程技术问题、协助工程师及承包商解决建筑节点问题，熟悉中国国标规范并检查是否合规等。该职位需能够熟练运用CAD绘图，协助所有建筑师及工程师深化节点和施工文件。
    
工作内容：    
o    有高度的安全意识。
o    在项目设计、建设、测试与调试以及移交阶段，就项目技术层面直接与项目团队合作。
o    在整个安装、测试与调试工作期间进行质量监控。
o    在已归档的全园区范围的施工图纸和深化图中查找具体节点。
o    根据项目要求，协助概念设计和生产设计/绘图工作。
o    支持建筑工程和分配到的项目，为其准备所需的设计图纸、技术规格和质量控制流程。
o    查询中国国标规范以确保所做工作均符合最新国标要求。
o    参与公司内部与外部的设计规划。
o    协助解决供应商和工厂之间关于设计图纸中技术问题的分歧，确保生产符合设计文件的要求。
o    对建筑与工程提供实施建议，对设施及区域开发运营及建筑相关问题的解决方案进行优先级排列。 
o    与上海迪士尼度假区的管理层和合作伙伴进行及时的沟通；为工程服务（维护）团队提供建筑工程和专业技术支持。
o    解决技术问题并根据需要提出建筑工程解决方案。
o    能接受在夜间、节假日和周末工作，能适应不同排班。

我们希望您：    
o    3年或以上的建筑或工程经验。
o    有建筑设计和/或楼体设施及区域开发设计经验（设施室内室外、区域开发等等）。
o    有公共设施工作、和承包商协作、查找分析深化图纸、与工程团队合作的经验。
o    有主题乐园/度假区开发工作经验者优先。
o    需熟练运用中英文版本的计算机和互联网软件，包括Office应用程序、设计（CAD制图软件）应用程序、BIM/三维建模软件、Sketchup软件等。
o    需持有建筑或工程专业学士学位。
o    建筑或工程专业研究生优先。
o    熟悉中国国标规范。
o    具有优秀的中英文口语和书面沟通能力。
o    具有良好的团队合作精神及沟通技巧。
o    有逻辑分析能力，并能将其运用到解决建筑工程相关问题中。
o    能够同时处理多个项目，并平衡各项目的成果产出。
o    能够运用全面的知识、实践经验以及特定领域的建筑工程经验来完成难度较高的项目。
o    掌握当前先进的工业和技术信息。

Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for providing architectural and engineering support and technical expertise to the various Engineering Services (maintenance) teams at the Shanghai Disney Resort. This position will primarily be focused on Buildings (interior and exterior), Area Development, and all architectural and engineering detailing for these items. This position will support tasks in preparation for the ongoing operation of the theme park facilities and area development, including but not limited to facility construction, area development, assisting with testing and commissioning, identification of tools and equipment needed to support maintenance, writing safety/technical procedures, researching shop drawings from all lands to determine the construction techniques and resolve problems, assisting all engineers and contractors with architectural and engineering detailing, familiar with China GB codes and able to research the codes to assure compliance, etc.  This position will require good use of CAD and able to help all architects and engineers to draw details and construction documents. 

What You’ll Do:     
o    Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety.
o    Work directly with project teams on the technical scopes of the project throughout the final phases of design, construction, testing & commissioning and turn-over.
o    Provide quality control support throughout installation and T&C.
o    Research IFC drawings and Shop Drawings from archive files to find details of existing construction for all facilities throughout the Resort.
o       Assists in conceptual design and production design/drawing package in support of project requirements. 
o    Prepare design drawings, specifications and quality control processes, in support of sustainment of architecture and engineering and assigned projects. 
o    Research China GB codes to assure that all work performed is in compliance with the latest GB Code.
o    Participate in design planning with internal and external entities.  
o    Assist architects and engineers in resolving technical conflicts, encountered with the design/drawing package, with vendors and shops to ensure conformance with design documentation.
o    Assist architecture and engineering recommendations for action, and suggested priorities for the resolution of facility and area development operational and architectural problems.
o    Provide timely communication to management and Resort partners. Provide architecture and engineering support and technical expertise to the Engineering Services teams (maintenance).
o    Troubleshoot technical problems and assist architects and engineers to propose architectural and engineering solutions for resolution as needed.
o    Must be willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends, and various shifts as needed. 

What To Bring:    
o    3 or more years of experience in an Architecture or Engineering role.
o    Experience in architectural design and/or engineering with focus on building facilities and area development (Facility exteriors and interiors, area development, etc.).
o    Experience working with public facilities, dealing with contractors, researching and analyzing shop drawings, working with engineering and architecture teams.
o    Experience with theme park/resort development preferred.
o    Computer and Internet proficiency in Chinese and English software required, including Office applications, design (CAD applications), BIM/3D modeling, Sketchup, etc. 
o    Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Engineering discipline is required. 
o    Post Graduate degree in Architecture or Engineering discipline is preferred.
o    Educated and proficient in the knowledge of China GB codes.
o    Excellent oral and written in Chinese and English.
o    Team Player with good relationship skills.
o    Logical and analytical thinker with the ability to apply architectural and engineering judgment to problem solving. 
o    Ability to balance productivity on multiple projects simultaneously.
o    Ability to apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of architecture and engineering to completion of difficult assignment.  
o    Stays current on industry and technological advances.
