该职位隶属于上海迪士尼度假区设施运营服务下的建筑和设施工程团队，将为度假区的各类运营类建设项目提供必要的建筑工程和电气专业技术支持，以及为各工程服务（维护）团队提供技术支持。该职位将支持主题乐园设施设备运营以及项目开发的相关工作，包括但不限于建筑工程、电气及通讯工程、技术规范书编写以及电气系统的测试以提供项目全过程服务，协助设计经理、项目经理、施工经理及承包商解决各类电气工程专业方面的技术问题。

工作职责：

• 参与度假区项目电气系统设计和规划。
• 查询中国国标规范以及地方规范以确保所做工作均符合最新国标地标的要求。
• 根据项目要求，进行概念设计、方案设计以及施工设计工作。
• 负责编制不同工程设计阶段的演示文件。
• 与项目团队一起制定项目预算以及项目进度。
• 在项目设计、建设、测试与调试以及移交阶段，就项目技术层面与项目团队合作。
• 审查项目各阶段的设计图纸、材料样本和施工文件是否符合设计要求。
• 在已归档的全园区范围的施工图纸和深化图中查找具体节点以协助支持各工程服务（维护）团队。
• 与上海迪士尼度假区的各个团队进行及时的沟通，了解项目过程中的具体需求。
• 就景点设备设施的运营和电气问题提出优先解决方案，协助项目经理及施工经理解决先行设计问题，并审阅承包商和供应商的的深化设计。

我们希望您：
• 电气工程或相关专业学士学位，研究生优先。
• 有注册电气工程师资质者优先。
• 10年或以上的商业建筑、办公建筑、酒店建筑、综合体以及公共建筑等项目工程设计以及施工配合工作经验。有主题乐园和度假区开发工作经验者优先。
• 具有电气系统（强电和弱电）的设计经验（包含供配电系统，电气照明，设施控制系统，EMS (BMS) 能源管理系统、火灾自动报警、消防电气系统、综合布线系统、视频监控系统和安全防范系统等）。熟悉音视频系统设计和设备原理。
• 具备持续不断学习新技术的能力，洞悉行业领域发展和新科技，能够拓展和增强新业务的能力。
• 需熟练运用计算机软件，包括Office应用程序、CAD制图软件、Revit、DIAlux 、BIM（三维建模软件）和Photoshop等软件。
• 熟悉中国国标规范以及地方规范。
• 具有优秀的中英文口语和书面沟通能力。
• 具有良好的团队合作精神及沟通技巧，能够独立带领各专业完成设计项目。
• 具有高度的安全意识、责任心。
• 具有逻辑分析能力，并能将其运用到解决电气工程相关问题。
• 能够同时处理多个项目，并平衡各项目的成果产出。
• 能够运用全面的知识、实践经验以及特定领域的电气工程经验来完成难度较高的项目。
• 熟悉电气系统设备的工艺、设计、安装、测试和调试工作，保持对与项目相关的电气和信息技术的前瞻性认知。
• 需要愿意接受在夜间、周末和节假日的工作，能适应不同排班。

Job Descriptions:
This position will be responsible for providing engineering support and electrical expertise to the various Engineering Services (maintenance) teams at the Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR, Facility Operations Services). This position will support operation of the theme park facilities and utilities and project delivery including but not limited to facility engineering, electrical/telecommunication engineering, system testing and commissioning to support full life cycle of project delivery, assist design manager, project manager, construction manager and contractor with providing problem-solving services for electrical engineering.

Job Responsibilities: 
• Participate in design and planning for SHDR project.  
• Review China GB code and local code to ensure all design works in accordance with latest code. 
• Provide conceptual design, schematic design and construction design for project delivery.
• Prepare presentations document at each project phase.
• Work with project teams to provide cost estimation and deliver schedule.
• Work directly with project teams on the technical scopes of project throughout the phases of design, construction, testing & commissioning and turn-over.
• Verify design drawings of each phase, material samples and shop drawing to meet the design requirement.
• Assist facility engineering (maintenance) team with providing section plans of as-built drawings and shop drawings for reference.
• Provide timely communication to Resort partners to understand specific requirement in project delivery.
• Provide engineering prioritized recommendations for the resolution of attraction engineering and electrical problems, provide project manager and construction manager with prioritized problem-solving services, review shop drawing provided by contractor and vendor.

We hope you have:
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, Master Degree is preferred.
• Registered electrical engineer license preferred. 
• 10 years of experiences in engineering design and construction for commercial, office, hotel, complex facility and public building. Experience with theme park/resort development preferred.
• Experience in electrical system (electrical and ELV) including power distribution, lighting, control, EMS (BMS), fire alarm, electrical fire system, resort wide system (CCTV and security). Familiar with AV design and theory. 
• Abilities to continuously learn new technologies, stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies, expand and enhance new businesses.
• Skilled application of computer software including Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Revit， DIAlux, BIM（3D）and Photoshop.
• Familiar with China GB code and local code.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Bilingual in Chinese and English is required.
• Team player with good relationship skills, leading the design team to complete project. 
• Strong sense of safety awareness and responsibility.
• Logical and analytical thinker with the ability to apply engineering problem-solving. 
• Ability to balance productivity on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of engineering to completion of difficult assignment.  
• Familiar with technology, design, installation, testing and commissioning in electrical engineering, stay up-to-date with the latest electrical and information technology relevant to the project.
• Must be willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends, and various shifts as needed.
