职位介绍:
物料专员的主要工作是通过与供应商的有效沟通和谈判,管理和控制好采购成本。支持维修活动中有充足的备件保障,支持维护项目有效的开展。
工作内容:
- 研究并确定能够制造或供应符合技术规格的备件的当地供应商。
- 进行供应商审计、能力评估和尽职调查,以确保质量和合规性。
- 与当地供应商建立长期合作伙伴关系并协商合同(定价、交货条款、保修)。
- 执行总成本分析,比较本地化零件和进口零件(物流、关税、交货时间)。
- 通过竞争性投标、批量折扣和价值工程来推动成本降低计划。
- 与工程师和 QA 团队合作,验证部件是否符合技术、安全和监管标准。
- 实施供应商绩效指标(缺陷率、准时交货)并解决质量问题。
- 与计划员合作,根据本地化的交货时间和需求预测调整库存水平。
- 通过即时策略减少过剩库存和过期风险。
- 与维护、运营和采购团队合作,确定零件本地化的优先级。
- 通过使供应商多样化并维护应急计划来降低供应链风险。
- 维护供应商协议、质量认证和成本节约的记录。
- 向领导层报告本地化计划的进展情况。
- 协助各经理提供各业务线费用明细
我们希望您:
- 大专毕业于供应链管理、工程、商业或相关领域。
- 在采购、供应商开发或材料规划方面有 3-5 年经验,最好在制造、汽车、航空航天或重型设备行业工作。
- 熟练使用 ERP 系统(SAP、Oracle)和数据分析工具(Excel、Power BI)。
- 了解精益库存原则和质量管理体系
- 较强的谈判、沟通和项目管理能力。
- 具有分析思维和解决问题的能力。
- 能够在跨职能团队中工作并管理多个优先事项。
- 能适应不同的排班,愿意接受在周末或节假日工作
- 持续学习工作相关新内容。

In this role, you will leverage your advanced technical skillset to ensure our park’s facilities continue to achieve operational excellence. By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.
Job Summary:
Manage and control procurement costs through effective communication and negotiation with suppliers to maximize cost effectiveness. Adequate spare parts are available to support maintenance activities. Support the effective implementation of maintenance projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Research and identify local suppliers capable of manufacturing or supplying spare parts that meet technical specifications.
- Conduct supplier audits, capability assessments, and due diligence to ensure quality and compliance.
- Build long-term partnerships with local suppliers and negotiate contracts (pricing, delivery terms, warranties).
- Perform total cost of ownership TCO analysis comparing localized vs. imported parts (logistics, tariffs, lead times.)
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through competitive bidding, volume discounts, and value engineering.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to validate parts meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Implement supplier performance metrics (defect rates, on-time delivery) and resolve quality issues.
- Work with planners to adjust stock levels based on the localized lead times and demand forecasts.
- Reduce excess inventory and obsolescence risks through just-in-time strategies.
- Partner with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to prioritize parts for localization
- Mitigate supply chain risks by diversifying suppliers and maintaining contingency plans.
- Maintain records of supplier agreements, quality certifications, and cost savings.
- Report progress on localization initiatives to senior leadership.
- Support Service Managers and provide the spending report on time
