助理平面设计师 Associate Graphic Designer

职位介绍：

作为助理平面设计师，您的主要职责是为分配到的设计项目提供设计解决方案和协调，包括按需完成概念和项目文件归档，同时为上海迪士尼度假区项目业务线，根据所有创意交付设计和制作商品艺术。您将向资深平面设计师汇报。

工作内容：

• 您将负责协助业务线所分配项目或方案的创意输出；
• 您将参加任务的思考、陈述和执行，跟进所有创意交付；
• 您将负责任务的质量、时效和效力，与制作团队紧密合作来确保最终艺术成品完成制作规格；
• 您将了解商品开发流程，执行设计开发细节；
• 您将协助资深平面设计师开发设计指南；
• 您将和产品开发及采购团队合作来创造产品设计；
• 您将在需要时准备最终艺术成品供供应商制作。

我们希望您：

• 拥有平面设计学士学位或相当学历，及至少2年以上图形设计经验；
• 拥有专业设计履历，具备平面设计领域突出的技能和经验；
• 创造情景写作、背景和道具的概念技能；
• 具有多样化设计风格和技术工作经验；
• 具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力，及一定的演讲陈述能力、组织能力和影响能力；
• 关注细节，并具有较强的灵活性；
• 善于合作，能在充满活力的团队中取得成功；
• 拥有突出的计算机技能，包括熟练使用illustrator、Photoshop以及Word, Excel和PowerPoint；
• 中英双语听说读写流利。

Job Summary:

As an associate Graphic Designer, you will provide design solutions and coordination of assigned design projects, including concepts and project documentation as required. You will design and produce art for merchandise of Shanghai Disney Resort for projects across lines of business, as assigned following through all creative deliverables. You will report to Senior Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting in creative output of projects or programs assigned by lines of business;
• Participate in the ideation, presentation, and execution of assignments and follow up on all creative deliverables;
• Responsible for the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of assignments, working closely with the production team to ensure that the final artwork meets production specifications;
• Understand the merchandising development process and be able to execute design development details;
• Able to assist senior graphic designers to develop style guides;
• Work closely with product development team and sourcing partners to create product designs;
• Prepare final artwork for vendor production when needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design as well as a minimum of 2 years of related experience;
• A portfolio of professional design work that demonstrates outstanding skills and experience in the graphic design field;
• Conceptual skills to create situational compositions, backgrounds, and props;
• Working knowledge of diverse design styles and techniques;
• Good written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, organization skills, and ability to influence;
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and detail-oriented;
• Good partnering skills to excel in a dynamic team;
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Mandarin and English.
