上海迪士尼度假区正在寻找优秀的人才，参与上海迪士尼度假区的劳动力管理团队的运营，包括涉及一线人力相关的排班、工时管理、数据追踪及维护等相关工作。此职位直接向经理，劳动力管理汇报。

工作内容：

该实习生主要工作内容包括以下几个方面：

1 一线演职人员的排班计划、制作及系统录入

2 系统数据维护、历史修订等工时管理工作

3 参与到WFM内部的项目协调和实施

4 积极参与劳动力管理团队活动的组织策划

我们希望您：

拥有本科学历及以上
英语和中文，听说读写流利
熟练使用Windows 操作系统、具备突出的计算机技能，包括但不限于Excel、Microsoft Word、PowerPoint和Outlook
能妥善处理机密信息
擅长视频制作者更佳
出色的沟通技巧，擅长团队工作
有能力在多元文化和高压环境下工作

Position Overview

Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking outstanding talents to join the Workforce Management team. Responsibilities include supporting frontline Cast Members related scheduling routine, working hours administration, data tracking and maintenance, and other related tasks assigned. This position reports directly to Manager, Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

Support frontline related scheduling work and system entry Perform system data maintenance, historical edit, and other working hour related tasks Participate in internal WFM projects for coordination and implementation Work with the team to plan and organize various activities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above
Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
Proficient in using the Windows operating system with outstanding computer skills, including but not limited to Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to handle confidential information
Experience in video production a plus
A team player with great communication skills
Ability to work in a multicultural and high-pressure environment
