职位介绍：

您将作为资深数据工程师参与上海迪士尼度假区数据相关的项目，了解业务数据需求、业务流程、设计数据应用、完成大数据平台的设计、研发和运维支持等工作。该职位会面向上海迪士尼度假区的各个业务团队提供相关技术方案和支持服务，业务涉及门票、酒店、商品、餐饮、运营管理、财务管理、人事管理等领域。

工作内容：

• 与业务部门紧密合作，理解业务需求和目标，确保数据解决方案与业务战略一致。
• 主动与业务部门沟通，深入挖掘和分析业务需求，转化为数据需求。
• 运用数据分析技能，对业务数据进行深入分析，识别业务流程中的改进点和机会。
• 基于数据分析结果，为业务部门提供数据驱动的解决方案和建议，帮助业务决策。
• 与业务部门合作，确保数据的质量和合规性，推动数据治理和数据标准化。
• 建设和优化离线和实时数仓，数据模型的设计，ETL实施，ETL性能优化，ETL数据监控以及相关技术问题解决；
• 参与大数据应用规划和解决方案设计，支持基于Hadoop生态圈开源组件和云端IaaS/PaaS产品的二次开发和管理大数据平台，满足业务需求。
• 参与数据治理工作，基于一致性、及时性、准确性等要求不断提高在数据安全、数据流程、数据易用性及数据质量等领域的工作。

我们希望您：

• 有2年及以上数据仓库或大数据平台开发、维护相关工作经验，本科以上，专业不限；
• 思路清晰，能清楚准确地表达技术原理和方案；
• 熟悉数仓实施方法论，深刻理解数仓体系，并支撑过实际业务场景；
• 熟悉阿里云云原生一体化数仓等产品，这些产品集数据存储、处理、分析能力于一体，能够提供离线实时一体化的能力，以及对数据湖的开放支持。
• 熟悉主流数据产品，例如神策、品友、Hypers 等。
• 了解基于隐私计算的数据开放平台等应用，掌握如何在保护数据隐私的同时促进数据的开放和流通。
• 熟悉常见的ETL工具（如Kettle，DataX等）；
• 熟悉各类关系型数据库，有良好的SQL编写和优化能力；
• 具备数据治理和数据管理相关工作经验，有相关认证者优先；
• 善于沟通，对业务敏感，能快速理解业务背景，具备优秀的业务与技术结合的能力。

Senior Data Engineer

Line of Business: Technology & Digital

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will participate in Shanghai Disney Resort’s data related projects to understand business data requirement and flow, design data application, finish the design, development and operational support jobs on big data platforms. The position will provide technical solution and support service to various business teams in Shanghai Disney Resort, the business domain could include ticketing, hotel, merchandise, food & beverage, operation management, finance, Human Resources, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business departments to understand business needs and objectives, ensuring that data solutions are aligned with business strategy.
• Proactively communicate with business departments to deeply explore and analyze business needs, transforming them into data requirements.
• Use data analysis skills to conduct in-depth analysis of business data, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities within business processes.
• Based on data analysis results, provide data-driven solutions and recommendations to business departments to assist in business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business departments to ensure data quality and compliance, promoting data governance and standardization.
• Build and optimize off-line and real-time data warehouse, data model design, ETL implementation, ETL performance optimization, ETL data monitoring and relevant technical problems;
• Participate in big data application planning and solution design, support the secondary development and management of big data platform based on Hadoop ecosystem open source components and cloud IAAs and PAAS products, and meet business needs;
• Participate in data governance and continuously improve the work in the fields of data security, data process, data ease of use and data quality based on the requirements of consistency, timeliness and accuracy.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant working experience in the development and maintenance of data warehouse or big data platform, Bachelor’s degree or above, not limited to majors;
• Clear thinking, able to express technical principles and schemes clearly and accurately;
• Familiar with data warehouse implementation methodology, deeply understand data warehouse system, and support actual business scenarios;
• Familiar with Alibaba Cloud's cloud-native integrated data warehouse and other products that integrate data storage, processing, and analysis capabilities, providing the ability to handle both offline and real-time operations in an integrated manner, as well as offering open support for data lakes.
• Knowledgeable about mainstream data products, such as Sensors Data, Pinyou, and Hypers, etc.
• Understands applications like privacy computing-based data opening platforms, and knows how to promote the openness and circulation of data while protecting data privacy.
• Familiar with common ETL tools (such as Kettle, DataX, etc.);
• Familiar with various relational databases, good SQL writing and optimization ability;
• Working experience in data governance and data management, relevant certification is preferred;
• Good at communication, sensitive to business, able to quickly understand business background, with excellent ability to combine business and technology.
