演出布景经理，资深将全面负责华特迪士尼幻想工程各类大小项目中演出板块的落地执行管理工作。你将统筹项目演出团队全专业线工作，覆盖从前期创意构思到项目竣工收尾，乃至竣工后的后续相关工作。 演出项目经理身处项目一线，统筹创意构思、方案设计、工程研发、制作生产、现场安装，最终交付高品质演出与游乐设施，同时严格把控项目预算与工期。
本岗位直属上级为幻想工程演出管理部门高管。 全职岗位。
岗位职责
- 统筹项目内所有演出相关板块的设计、制作团队开展工作；
- 根据自身从业资历，全权负责完整、配比合理的项目演出工作范围；
- 负责项目内单条或多条产品线 / 配套模块的商务管控；
- 结合合作供应商、人力储备、预算、工期、创意核心诉求及既定设计标准，制定演出内容制作战略方案；
- 协同演出设计团队及管理层推进项目落地，在项目全周期内及时识别人力需求的关键变动；
- 编制工作范围文件与招标资料，评估筛选供应商，作为项目负责人对接外部供应商合同事宜；同步向项目组汇报项目进度、预算及整体状态；
- 维护所有项目合作方、供应商负责人及各组主管的协作关系，重点对接演出配套板块团队，包括运营、现场运维、设施工程等部门；
- 全程监管设计、开发制作、现场安装全阶段工作；对照详细招标文件及各类资料，识别创意偏差、内容缺漏删减或其他范围变更，核实变更内容与对应造价，走变更单审批流程；
- 通过口头汇报、会议沟通及书面文件，向幻想工程管理层、项目组、供应商、咨询顾问及其他合作方同步信息；
- 需配合国内及海外出差。

The Show Manager is accountable and responsible for tactical project management of show scopes for Walt Disney Imagineering Projects large and small. You would lead all fields within the show team on a project from blue sky through close out and beyond. Show Managers are on the front line of a project to lead, conceptualize, design, engineer, produce, install, and deliver outstanding Shows and Attractions while ensuring project budgets and schedules are met!
You will functionally report to the WDI Executive of Show Management.
This is a full-time position.
What You Will Do
- Lead the work of show design and production teams for all show subject areas involved in a project.
- Be accountable for Show scope on a full (“right size”) project for your level of experience.
- Responsible for commercial management of a product line or multiple product lines/elements within a project
- Build out strategic plans for production of Show scope considering vendors, resource availability, budget, schedule, creative intent and agreed upon design criteria.
- Drive results along with Show scope design team and their leadership identifying vital changes in resource needs throughout the project life cycle.
- Develop scope and bidding documents, evaluate and select vendors, and handle contract for outside vendors as the Responsible Individual (RI) and reports on progress, budget, and status to project team.
- Facilitate relationships with all project partners, vendor leaders and team leads, (Primary focus on Show adjacent scope i.e., Operations, FOS, Facility teams etc.)
- Supervise all phases of design, development/production and installation, identifying potential changes to creative intent, missed/deleted scope, or other changes to scope relative to detailed bid packages or other documentation, validate identified changes and associated values and process Change Order approvals.
- Communicates, both verbally in presentation and conversation, and written correspondence to WDI Leadership, project teams, vendors, consultants, and other partners
- Domestic and international travel may be required
任职必备资质与能力
- 五年及以上影视 / 舞台制作、工程施工、基建、项目管控或迪士尼及主题娱乐行业相关项目从业经验；
- 具备统筹复杂工作板块流程、保障完整交付的实操经验；
- 能够从战略、执行双维度拆解复杂问题，并独立推动问题闭环解决；
- 拥有协同、带领多专业艺术与技术专家团队，达成创意落地目标的实操经验与能力。
学历要求
商务、戏剧、工程、设计或其他相关专业本科及以上学历；或具备同等相关从业经验。
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years related experience in film/theater production, engineering, construction, project controls or other Disney/Themed Entertainment projects.
- Experience leading workflow and delivery of sophisticated scopes of work
- Must think strategically and tactically about complex issues and problem-solve to resolution.
- Experience and ability to work with and lead multidisciplinary Artistic and Technical subject matter authorities toward a goal of meeting Creative Intent
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Theater, Engineering, or Design or other related field
