标准与技术规格书团队负责项目技术规格书的开发，并维护全球迪士尼总指南规范和迪士尼标准。我们正在寻找一位注重细节、组织能力强的项目技术规范专员，来支持多个项目的技术规格书的开发、管理和维护。这一角色对于确保技术准确性、一致性以及与项目目标和行业标准的对齐至关重要，同时我们也会为合适的候选人提供充分的职业发展机会。

作为项目技术规范专员，你将有可能接触以下工作：

在迪士尼主指南规范、迪士尼标准和当地建筑规范的标准上为设施和建筑专项工程编制项目技术规格手册
根据项目需求，撰写新增的技术规格书章节
审阅和统筹协调外部合作团队与内部团队的技术规格书工作
积极参与项目的设计评审会
把控合同文件的质量和完整性
在项目技术规格书和主技术规格书的开发过程中和各类迪士尼团队进行合作
和迪士尼可持续设计团队一起工作，研究和开发可持续设计解决方案
为项目团队和外部合作团队提供Speclink Cloud使用培训和迪士尼主指南规范的教学
全力推进并落实技术规范首席主管制定的各项工作计划与专项工作举措

The Standards + Specifications team leads project specification development and maintains the global Disney Master Guide Specifications and Disney Standards. We are looking for a detail-driven and highly organized Project Specifier to support the development, management, and maintenance of specifications across multiple projects. This role is critical to ensuring technical accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project goals and industry standards, and offers a pathway for career growth for the right candidate.

You will report to the Manager of the Standards + Specifications Studio.

As a Project Specifier, you will have the opportunity to:

• Prepare project manuals for facilities and building specialties based on Disney Master Guide Specifications, Disney Standards, and local building codes

• Draft new specification sections on an as-needed basis

• Review and coordinate the preparation of specifications by external partners and in-house teams

• Actively participate in project design review meetings

• Monitor quality and completeness of Contract Documents

• Collaborate with various Disney groups during project and master specification development

• Work with Disney Sustainable Design team to research and develop sustainable design solutions

• Train project teams and external partners in use of SpecLink Cloud and Disney Master Guide Specifications

• Champion and carry out plans and initiatives of Specifications Manager

拥有 3 年或以上设计与施工相关从业经验，具备在高度协同团队的工作经历，且拥有至少1 年技术规范编制相关工作经验

具备 1 年施工现场实地踏勘，或施工报审文件审核相关工作经验

熟悉建造规范协会（CSI）主分类编码体系及技术规范编制原理，具备实操应用能力

具备SpecLink Cloud（或其他基于数据库基础的技术规范编写软件）的工作经验，或者有相关软件的学习意愿

能够独立调研、编写材料选型及成套系统选型方案，并具备和项目团队沟通以及提出建议的能力。

对可持续设计的发展抱有兴趣和热情

能够协助项目团队审核和落实施工材料报审材料

具备建筑及工程图纸的读图和理解能力

善于将复杂的专业思路进行提炼梳理，并能够将其转化为清晰规范的书面文字

具备极强的细节把控能力

教育背景

建筑学、工程学、工程管理或相关专业本科（或以上）学历

持有美国建造规范协会（CSI）认证文档技术师（CDT）证书者优先录用；入职后 6 至 9 个月内需取得该证书（具体时间视培训课程及考试排期而定）

持有注册建造规范编制师（CCS）证书者优先

持有注册建筑师或注册工程师执业证书者优先，正在备考取证者亦可

持有 LEED 专业人士认证，或熟练掌握其他可持续建筑评价体系者优先

• 3 years experience in design and construction, working in highly integrated teams, with at least 1 year experience preparing specifications

• 1 year experience making field observations of construction and/or reviewing construction submittals

• Working knowledge of Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Master Format and principles of specifying

• Working knowledge of SpecLink Cloud (or other database specifying software), or willingness to learn

• Capable of independently researching, preparing, and communicating material and system recommendations to project teams

• Interest and passion for the advancement of sustainable design

• Able to assist project teams in the review and actioning of construction submittals

• Able to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings

• Able to distill sophisticated thoughts and ideas into clear written language

• Outstanding attention to detail

Education

• Bachelor (or higher) degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field

• Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) - Certified Document Technologist (CDT) preferred - credential required within 6 to 9 months of hiring (subject to course and examination scheduling)

• Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) credential preferred

• Licensed Architect or Engineer preferred, or working towards licensure

• LEED AP and/or fluency with other sustainable design rating systems preferred
