职位介绍：

作为初级油漆工，能够很好地维修保养家具、墙纸、地毯、玻璃、各种墙面装饰、各种吊顶、各种地面，维修木质装饰品。从事日常的维修、预防性维护和翻新工作。 

工作内容：

·      高度重视安全，并身体力行。

·      确保安全性、可靠性并在所分配的工作范围内展示高品质。

·      能够运用各种装饰工具（油漆刷、滚筒、搅拌器、喷涂设备、泥灰刀、砂纸、梯子等）。

·      能够进行油漆面基层处理（砂纸打磨、切削、清洁、墙面修补、各类窗、门和边角的密封）。

·      了解各种油漆类型及施工工艺，调色、着色、染色，如涂料、油漆、底漆、补漆等，可以根据已有的面漆去选用合适的涂料、油漆品种。

·      进行日常客房及其它设施预防性维修，包括涂料，硅胶，墙纸，地毯等方面。有些时候要求拖/拉/举起重的设备和工具，能够携带工具和维修配件攀爬楼梯、梯子。可以在室内室外及恶劣的天气条件下工作或适应各种班次。

·      懂得如何使用脚手架、梯子和其它设备安全的进行高空作业以及相应的安全操作规程。

·      会用钉子、螺丝、木榫、锚钉或胶来装配和固定木制品。

·      按照上级安排进行客房及公共区域的预防性维修，与其他员工进行一起合作。

·      对于一些会产生油漆味或噪音的工作，慎重选择合适的时间或施工场地以减少对运营部门的影响。如果无法避免，需事先请示上级或酒店工程经理。

·      能够使用电脑管理软件，如MAXIMO软件去管理所分配的工作量。

·      能够与其他同事或其它专业的员工合作，处理各种维修工作。

·      保持设备、设备机房和工作间的干净、整洁并持续保持。

·      1年以上建筑装饰和预防性维修工作经验或五星级酒店工作经历。（有多项维修技能或多种设施维护经验的优先考虑）

·      良好的书面和口头沟通能力（流利的中文）

Welcome to the Facility and Operations Services Team

No matter what role you have in the Attractions Operations, Central Shops, Facilities and Operations Services or Horticulture, you will have the opportunity to exercise your skills. You will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work together to bring the magic to life.

Job Summary:

As a Junior Tradesman, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of furniture, wallpaper, carpets, glass, various wall decorations, various ceilings, various flooring, and the repair of wooden decorations. Engage in daily repair, preventive maintenance, and renovation work.

What You’ll Do:

• Attach great importance to safety and practice it in daily work.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and deliver high quality within the assigned work scope.
• Proficient in using various decorative tools (paintbrushes, rollers, mixers, spraying equipment, putty knives, sandpaper, ladders, etc.).
• Capable of performing base coat preparation for paint surfaces (sandpapering, cutting, cleaning, wall patching, and sealing of various windows, doors, and edges).
• Familiar with various types of paint and construction processes, including color mixing, tinting, and staining (such as coatings, paints, primers, touch-up paints, etc.), and able to select appropriate paint/coating types based on existing topcoats.
• Conduct daily preventive maintenance of guest rooms and other facilities, including coatings, silicone, wallpaper, carpets, etc. Occasionally required to pull/lift heavy equipment and tools and climb stairs or ladders while carrying tools and maintenance parts. Able to work indoors, outdoors, and in harsh weather conditions, and adapt to various shifts.
• Understand how to safely perform high-altitude operations using scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment, as well as the corresponding safety operating procedures.
• Skilled in assembling and securing wooden products using nails, screws, wooden tenons, anchors, or adhesives.
• Perform preventive maintenance of guest rooms and public areas as assigned by superiors and cooperate with other colleagues.
• For work that generates paint fumes or noise, carefully select appropriate times or construction sites to minimize the impact on operational departments. If unavoidable, consult with superiors or the Hotel Engineering Manager in advance.
• Proficient in using computer management software (such as MAXIMO) to manage the assigned workload.
• Able to cooperate with other colleagues or professional staff to handle various maintenance tasks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of equipment, equipment rooms, and workspaces on an ongoing basis.

What To Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in architectural decoration and preventive maintenance, or work experience in five-star hotels. (Candidates with multiple maintenance skills or experience in maintaining various facilities are preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (fluent in Chinese).
• Quick thinking and good physical health (able to work night shifts, walk or move continuously, and handle various materials/tools/equipment).
