职位介绍：
该职位隶属于上海迪士尼度假区设施运营服务下的建筑和设施工程团队，将为度假区的各类运营类建设项目包括新改扩项目提供必要的建筑工程和专业技术支持，以及为各工程服务（维护）团队提供技术支持。该职位将支持主题乐园设施设备运营以及区域开发的相关工作，包括但不限于区域开发、建筑工程、协助调试、识别及鉴定维护所需的工具和设备、编写安全/技术规程、查询各片区深化图以解决工程技术问题，协助设计经理、项目经理、施工经理及承包商解决各类建筑技术问题。
工作内容：
- 参与公司内部与外部的建筑设计规划。
- 查询中国国标规范以及地方规范以确保所做工作均符合最新国标地标的要求。
- 根据项目要求，进行概念设计、优化设计以及后续的设计工作。
- 负责编制不同阶段的演示文件。
- 与项目团队一起制定项目预算以及项目进度。
- 在项目设计、建设、测试与调试以及移交阶段，就项目技术层面与项目团队合作。
- 审查项目各阶段的设计图纸、材料样本和施工文件是否符合设计要求。
- 在已归档的全园区范围的施工图纸和深化图中查找具体节点以协助支持各工程服务（维护）团队。
- 与上海迪士尼度假区的各个团队进行及时的沟通，了解项目需求变化。
- 解决技术问题并根据需要提出建筑工程解决方案，协助项目经理及施工经理解决先行设计问题，并审阅承包商和供应商的的深化设计。
- 其他由团队以及直线经理安排的工作。
我们希望您：
o 建筑专业学士学位，建筑专业研究生优先。
o 拥有一级注册建筑师资质。
o 10年及以上工作经验，3年以上大中型设计院工作经验，7年或以上的商业建筑、办公建筑、工业建筑以及公共建筑等项目的概念设计、方案设计、施工设计以及施工配合工作经验。有主题乐园和度假区开发工作经验者优先。
o 担任过大型项目设计负责人优先，参与过美资项目设计优先。
o 需熟练运用中英文版本的计算机和互联网软件，包括Office应用程序、CAD制图软件、BIM（三维建模软件）、Photoshop、Sketchup等软件。
o 熟悉中国国标规范以及地方规范。
o 具有优秀的中英文口语和书面沟通能力。
o 具有良好的团队合作精神及沟通技巧，能够独立带领各专业完成设计项目。
o 具有高度的安全意识、责任心。
o 具有逻辑分析能力，并能将其运用到解决建筑工程相关问题。
o 能够同时处理多个项目，并平衡各项目的成果产出。
o 能够管理设计院，使其交付的设计满足出图质量及出图计划的要求。
o 能够针对需求，进行前期方案和概念设计，必要时进行详细设计、施工图以及效果图的绘制以及模型的搭建。
o 能够运用全面的知识、实践经验以及特定领域的建筑工程经验来完成难度较高的项目。
o 熟悉主要的建筑及装饰材料，了解其特性及应用场景，了解常规的施工工艺及工法，保持对与项目相关的建筑技术和工程系统的前瞻性认知。

Job Summary:
This position belongs to the Architecture and Facility Engineering (A&FE) under the Facility Operation Service (FOS) in Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR). This position will be responsible for providing architectural and engineering support to various operational construction projects including new/modification and expansion projects in SHDR, as well as technical expertise to the various Engineering Services (maintenance) teams. This position will support tasks in preparation for the ongoing operation of the theme park facilities and area development. It will include but not limited to facility construction and area development. To assist with testing and commissioning, identify the tools and equipment to support maintenance, write safety/technical procedures, research shop drawings from all lands to determine the construction techniques for resolving problems and assist all engineers and contractors with architectural and engineering detailing. And assisting Design Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager and contractors in solving various architectural technical problems.
What You'll Do:
- Participate in design planning with internal and external entities.
- Research China GB codes and local codes to assure that all work performed in compliance with the latest GB Code and local code.
- Provide concept design, optimization design, and construction design work according to project demand and requirement.
- Responsible for compiling the presentation documents at different design phase.
- Establish project budget and schedule with project teams.
- Work with project teams on the technical scopes of the project throughout the final phases of design, construction, testing & commissioning and handover.
- Reviews shop drawings, material submittals and construction documents for conformance with design.
- Research issued for construction drawings and Shop Drawings from archive files to find details of existing construction for all facilities throughout the Resort to support and technical expertise to the Engineering Services teams (maintenance).
- Provide timely communication to each Line of Business (LOB) to know the demand change for projects.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and assist architects and engineers to propose architectural and engineering solutions for resolution as needed.
- Other work that the team and line manager assign.
What to Bring:
o Bachelor Degree in Architecture discipline is required. And Post Graduate degree in Architecture discipline is preferred.
o Level I Architectural license is required.
o 10 or more years’ working experience, 3 or more years working experience in Large-Middle Scale LDI (Local Design Institute), 7 or more years’ working experience in concept design, schematic design, development design, construction design and construction support for the projects like commercial, office, industry and public buildings. Experience with theme park and resort development preferred.
o Design Lead (or design manager) of large scale projects preferred, participating projects invested and managed by US company preferred.
o Computer and Internet proficiency in Chinese and English software required, including Office applications, design (Autodesk CAD applications), BIM (3D modeling), Photoshop, SketchUp, etc.
o Educated and proficient in the knowledge of China GB codes and local codes.
o Strong oral and written communication skills. Bilingual in Chinese and English is required.
o Team Player with good relationship skills.
o Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety.
o Logical and analytical thinker with the ability to apply architectural and engineering judgment to problem solving.
o Ability to balance productivity on multiple projects simultaneously.
o Ability to manage LDI to accomplish the design following the quality and schedule requirement.
o Be able to implement the concept and feasibility design/ study, and implement the detail design, construction drawing, rendering and model development by yourself if needed.
o Ability to apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of architecture and engineering to completion of difficult assignment.
o Maintains awareness of evolving building technology and engineering system to projects.
- Must be willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends, and various shifts as needed.
