职位概要：
资深视频视觉指导将与销售团队及市场部创意团队合作，了解整体品牌策略和规划，策划及产出符合各销售合作平台特性的营销物料，创意设计，KV，内容等，从而帮助上海迪士尼度假区完成品牌建设，消费者沟通，互动，活动推广，产品电商销售等目标。该职位将汇报给渠道营销经理，并常驻上海。

工作内容：
• 通过与销售部各部门及合作平台方的合作：
o 对上海迪士尼度假区各类季节性或主体活动的线上及合作平台传播进行视频物料的创意、拍摄和制作产出；
o 深度理解上海迪士尼度假区的品牌及市场策略，并确保出街物料的质量以及迪士尼品牌独有的故事性及品牌特性；
o 深度理解平台用户心理，理解不同平台的消费者特性和创意喜好，应地制宜的发散及产出高质量内容
o 对于内容及创意的表现进行分析，优化迭代，提供以数据为基础的创意优化方向，沉淀创意生产方法论
o 管理创意供应商，外包设计师，制作人员等，确保内容按时按质按量产出
o 跨团队沟通，提升创意产出的工作流程效率，及创意使用效率

我们希望您：
• 拥有影视制作，品牌营销，市场营销，艺术等专业或相关的本科学位；
• 5年以上电商视频营销，市场营销，品牌传播或相关项目执行及管理的经验；
• 拥有一定的数据分析，诠释及总结能力；
• 能够在紧迫的期限前完成工作；
• 必须十分注重细节；
• 较好的分析和演讲能力；
• 有能力在一个多元化的跨国公司内工作，能很好地融入团队；

• 较强的合作、建立关系和影响能力；
• 拥有强烈的好奇心和热情去学习；
• 拥有流利的中英文读写能力。

Senior Video Artist
Line of Business: Sales and Commercial Strategy
Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:
The Senior Video Artist will work with Sales team and Marketing Creative team, understand overall business strategy and marketing plans, and lead execute and generate & expand marketing communication contents for cooperative sales channels, include but not limited to short video, KV, digital artwork, product photos, page design, social content etc. In order to achieve brand building, brand communication, consumer engagement platform activations & EC sales for Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR). This position will report to the Channel Marketing Manager and will be based in Shanghai.

Job Responsibilities:
• Support & evolve content creation & management practices by executing cross team collaboration with internal marketing team & platform partners:
o Generate creative contents by leveraging Shanghai Disney Resort(SHDR) Seasonal & franchise campaigns & brand communication activities.
o Deep understand of SHDR Marketing & Brand strategy, to ensure high quality & BIC creative delivery to meet Disney standard unique story telling.
o Deep understand of platform user preference & behavior across different platforms, to deliver on demand creative contents to suits different platforms’ environment
o Data based analysis & measurement of creative content performance, to provide creative optimization, iteration directions, and cultivate platform content creation methodology.
o Agency, ND, production team management, with strong project management skills to meet SHDR quality, quantity & timeline requirement
o Cross team communication & management to optimize & smoothen ways of working in order to increase collaboration efficiency.

Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in video production, branding, marketing, art or related majors;
• 5+ years of experience in creative production, marketing communication, campaign execution or relevant project management experience;
• Sufficient ability to draw conclusions from data based creative performance analysis;
• Ability to work with tight deadlines;
• Strong attention to detail a MUST;
• Analytical and presentation skills;

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company;
• Strong collaborative, relationship-building, and influencing skills;
• Natural curiosity and desire to learn;
• Fluent in both verbal and written English and Mandarin.
