职位介绍：

资深园丁将领导并协助绿化工人及维护人员做好例行景观养护和日常园艺作业。申请者须掌握植物鉴别和虫害鉴别方面的相关知识，善于团队合作；。能够根据度假区情况制定种植计划，进行选种等；必须对所有园艺工具及动力设备的操作及保养非常熟练，并且有能力对下属进行安全有效的园艺工具及设备的教学培训。

工作内容：

• 遵守安全承诺 ，正确穿戴PPE个人防护用品，如防噪耳机、耳塞、安全头盔、安全眼镜、安全鞋、防割手套和反光背心等
• 进行常规园林及景观养护工作，保持健康茂盛的植物状态
• 熟悉常规的树木修剪、剪切、割灌等日常工作，可操作不同类型的园林工具和设备，如绿篱机，割灌机，电锯等，熟练使用这些工具设备
• 及时检查、更换特定种植区域已死植被或者长势不理想的植被
• 能够操作大型园林机械设备，如高架平台、驱动车辆和高尔夫球车等
• 能根据观察植物生长及土壤状况，及时灌溉补水
• 培训经验不足的绿化技工或场地维护工
• 做好所有有关人员作业、植物损坏及复种的工作纪录，方便后期查询
• 协助并确保团队人员运用合适科学的工具，安全高效地完成本职工作

• 五年以上园林种植维护经验
• 与同事沟通交流，开展团队协同工作
• 具备种植、喷灌、除杂草、剪草、清洁等其他日常维护基本标准要求，能够维护管理无瑕疵的花园景观
• 绿化高级技工需具备大规模景观监管和养护的经验，专门从事景观维护和为绿化技师和维护工分配工作任务，并一起参与，确保工作安全高效完成
• 绿化高级技工必须掌握不同型号园林电动工具（如：绿篱机、高枝剪、高枝锯、割灌机等）的使用，可驾驶高尔夫球车或轻运货车，操纵高架平台
• 能积极听从服务经理和园艺专家的指导，同时能根据现场具体情况，进行灵活调整，因地制宜，以便更好地完成工作任务
• 可以接受凌晨和通宵的常规工作时段，及周末调换班

·      可以接受在户外高温，甚至较恶劣的环境下工作，如台风天气

·      可以接受在噪音环境下工作，并在需要的时候进行登高作业

• 持有机动车驾驶证C级或以上执照者优先
• 持有园林等资格证书者优先
• 具备基础英语水平者优先
• 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

You will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work together to bring the magic to life.

Job Summary:

The Senior Gardener possesses practical horticultural skills and teamwork capabilities, with a solid foundation in professional landscaping knowledge. They are familiar with various landscaping equipment and tools and are capable of providing safe and effective training to gardeners on the use of horticultural tools and equipment. Within the team, they are expected to train, mentor, and lead, effectively organizing work, planning schedules, and conducting safety checks. They will guide Gardeners and Junior Gardeners in performing scientific and standardized maintenance of vegetation and landscapes within the Shanghai Disney Resort, in accordance with safety requirements and Disney technical specifications.

What You’ll Do:

• Adhere to the Shanghai Disney Resort Environment & Horticulture Department's Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Selection Matrix (SHDR FOS-EAH PPE Matrix Illustrator) by wearing the required safety gear.
• Understand regional plant characteristics and horticultural expertise in East China, and perform tasks such as flower bed arrangement, tree planting, professional pruning, and plant shaping according to Disney's professional horticultural standards.
• Learn and master the operation and driving skills of various powered gardening equipment, such as chainsaws, trucks, forklifts, and aerial work platforms.
• Train Gardeners and Junior Gardeners in basic plant maintenance knowledge, ensuring they master common gardening tools and powered equipment.
• Scientifically and efficiently assign on-site tasks to Gardeners and Junior Gardeners, preparing materials and tools, organizing division of labor, and conducting on-site inspections, and fostering teamwork.
• Reinforce, remove, fell, transplant, or replant trees and shrubs that are poorly growing or pose safety risks, based on landscape needs and site conditions.
• Perform basic daily maintenance of landscape areas, including weed control, cleaning up dead leaves and branches, basic pruning of trees and shrubs, and general tidying.
• Use tools for seasonal flower planting, digging, transplanting, and drainage improvements.
• Assist with other routine gardening tasks, such as fertilizing, planting and renovation of flower beds and borders, and nursery maintenance.
• Assess plant growth and soil moisture conditions to ensure timely irrigation and watering.
• Properly store and manage tools and materials, regularly cleaning and organizing to maintain a tidy and orderly workspace.
• Participate in and pass company- and department-organized training sessions, such as safety training, equipment operation, and gardening skills training.
• Work in outdoor environments involving high temperatures, noise, working at heights, and exposure to chemicals.
• Remain on duty during severe weather to handle emergencies and incidents.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.

What To Bring:

• Understand and fully comply with safety codes of conduct, adhering to the principle of "safety first" in all tasks, and promptly report any safety issues or potential risks to the line manager.
• Have basic knowledge of plant care requirements (e.g., water, light, nutrients).
• Possess the physical ability and mobility to perform tasks such as pruning, digging, planting, operating powered equipment, and other daily maintenance work.
• Understand the standards and specifications for high-quality landscape maintenance and can manage flawless garden landscapes.
• Have at least three years of experience in garden or park planting and maintenance, with the ability to train, mentor, organize, and lead a team.
• Be capable of learning to operate complex gardening tools and powered equipment, such as aerial work platforms and forklifts.
• Have experience in large tree planting and hoisting, with the ability to oversee safety protocols and procedures during the lifting and planting process.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to foster effective teamwork.
• Be willing to work in rotating shifts (early, late, night) and weekend shifts.
• Possess qualifications for operating large gardening equipment, such as forklift (N2) licenses and aerial work platform certifications.
• Hold relevant landscaping qualifications or professional certifications.
• Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
