职位介绍：

作为资深财务分析，您将从风险出发，执行内部审计相关任务，审阅内控制度和流程，识别风险，提出并推动优化及整改意见，协助维护公司内控环境、支持公司不同的业务线开展工作，促进财政职责以及财务绩效的完成。该职位将对上海迪士尼度假区的建设、发展和运营起到关键作用，帮助实现业务的卓越开展。

工作内容：

• 在一个以团队为导向、项目驱动的环境中与业务单元领导共事以改善内部控制环境，与全球乐园和度假区板块的审计团队合作，共同推行最优实践
• 以项目制形式高效完成审计任务，准确了解控制流程和程序，记录关键控制矩阵，独立设计与执行审计程序识别不同领域风险及缺陷
• 引进迪士尼和中国国内的最优实践并提出改进方案，可以独立向部门领导陈述审计发现和内部控制改进建议
• 持续致力于增强企业的治理与内控环境，敏锐识别风险，通过政策和程序、培训和沟通、持续监督和内部审计、定期运营内控流程审阅等形式提出专业意见
• 与其他业务部门通力合作，深入了解业务需求，以确保关键业务流程控制设计合理且执行有效财务
• 财务合规 – 针对财务报表层面，评估评价信息系统和非信息系统的内部控制有效性，协同验证流程，从而管理层可以确保与财务报告相关的内部控制是有效的且无重大缺陷.
• 内控合规审计 – 实施日常内控合规审计来测试内部控制流程和公司政策遵守情况， 提供内审报告，以便管理层采取适当的行动，建立部门协作并分享信息与识别的封信及缺陷，并推动整改
• 费用合规 –通过审计项目评估采购与差旅政策的合规执行
• 内控流程改进 – 通过了解内控流程和程序来改善内部控制环境，发现内控缺陷和改进突破口并提出改进方案
• 执行领导层交办的其他专项审计或临时任务

我们希望您：

• 会计学、金融学或相等学科学士学位
• 拥有中国及国际会计/内控准则全面的专业知识，有相关注册会计师证书优先
• 拥有会计或审计领域3到5年工作经验
• 熟练的财务系统/审计工具/流程系统/数据分析工具等使用技能
• 展现出在矩阵式组织中工作的能力并与来自不同背景的多个合作伙伴有效合作
• 在理解并操作一个极其依赖资本、劳动力、创意专业知识和技术的多面性而复杂的业务方面过硬的能力
• 展现突出的口头和书面沟通的能力
• 适应在复杂组织中工作并达成结果
• 英语和普通话写、说、读流利
• 娱乐演出、主题乐园或度假休闲业过往工作经验者优先。

Senior Financial Analyst

Line of Business: Controllership

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will take a risk-based approach to perform internal audit-related tasks, review control policies and processes, identify risks, propose and drive optimization and remediation measures, assist in maintaining the company's internal control environment, support various business lines in their operations, and contribute to the fulfillment of financial responsibilities and performance goals. This position will play a key role in the construction, development and operation of Shanghai Disney Resort, helping to achieve effective business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a team-oriented, project-driven environment with business unit leaders to improve the internal controls environment and partner with the global Parks & Resorts Segment teams on best practices.
• Execute audit tasks efficiently under a project-based structure, lead the team in identifying internal control deficiencies through audit procedures, benchmark against industry and domestic best practices, provide improvement recommendations, and report findings to management.

• Identify control deficiencies, introduce both Disney and China's best practices, and propose enhancements. Ability to present findings and control enhancements to the leadership independently.
• Drive ongoing improvements in corporate governance and the internal control environment by proactively identifying risks and providing expert recommendations through policies & procedures, training & communication, continuous monitoring & internal auditing, and periodic operational control reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to gain deep insights into operational needs, ensuring key financial process controls are well-designed and effectively executed.
• Financial Compliance - Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of IT and non-IT internal controls over financial reporting and facilitate the certification process whereby management can assert internal controls over financial reporting are effective and have no material weaknesses.
• Internal Controls Compliance - Conduct day-to-day compliance audits to test the effectiveness of internal controls and adherence to corporate policies. Deliver internal audit reports to facilitate management decision-making and prompt corrective actions. Foster cross-department collaboration to share findings on identified risks and control gaps while driving remediation efforts.
• Expense Compliance - Assess compliance with the Procurement and T&E Policies through audits
• Process Controls Improvement - Improve the internal controls environment at the Shanghai Disney Resort by understanding control processes and procedures, identifying opportunities and deficiencies and proposing enhancements

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

• Strong expertise in Chinese and international accounting/internal control standards; possession of a relevant CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification is preferred
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting or Auditing
• Proficient in financial systems, audit tools, process management systems, and data analytics tools etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix organization and collaborate effectively with multiple partners from different backgrounds
• Proven ability to understand and work in a multifaceted, complex business that relies heavily on capital, labor, creative expertise, and technology
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
• Resilience to work within a complex organization and achieving results
• Fluent in written, spoken and read English and Mandarin
• Prior experience in the entertainment, theme park or vacation leisure industries is preferred.
