娱乐演出整合专员主要负责协助娱乐演出整合经理推进娱乐演出相关项目及整合工作。具体包括：参与娱乐演出团队的会议和各类项目，与多个业务板块开展协作，跟进关键短期及长期计划的推进进度，确保按时完成各项节点，合理分配资源，并支持临时性任务。

· 协助娱乐演出整合经理推进项目执行，管理项目时间线，确保顺利交付；

· 根据项目或任务目标，整合来自相关团队及合作方的资源与信息，并根据需要准备汇报材料；

· 整合相关团队及合作方资源与信息，开发并维护运营及培训相关文档；

· 主动与娱乐演出部门相关团队沟通协作，确保项目和各项举措顺利推进；

· 追踪短期、中期及长期里程碑，确保各项计划按节点推进；

· 支持未来娱乐演出项目从开发、搭建、彩排到投入使用的整合规划与执行；

· 协助娱乐演出整合经理制定团队长期策略，通过整合与协调各相关团队资源，支持部门或度假区的各项重点活动；

· 完成被指派的其他相关工作。

Job Summary:

Specialist, Entertainment Integration, is responsible for assisting the Manager, Entertainment Integration on projects and integration efforts for Entertainment. This includes participating in meetings and initiatives with the Entertainment team, collaborating with multiple lines of business, tracking progress on key short-term and long-term plans, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources and supporting on ad-hoc requests.

What You’ll Do:

· Assist the Manager, Entertainment Integration with project execution. Manage timelines to ensure successful delivery.

· Gather resources and consolidate information from related teams and partners, following project or task goals. Prepare presentation materials as needed.

· Proactively communicate and collaborate with the Entertainment teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.

· Help track short, mid and long-term milestones to ensure initiatives happen on schedule.

· Support the development and execution of integrated development, mounting, rehearsal and opening plans for future entertainment offerings.

· Assist Manager, Entertainment Integration in developing long-term strategy for the Entertainment team to support all key Entertainment or Resort events by integrating and coordinating all relevant teams' efforts.

· Other duties as assigned.

· 本科及以上学历或同等学历；

· 能够在节奏快、变化快的环境中同时处理多个项目；

· 熟练使用Outlook、Word、Excel及PowerPoint；

· 中英文听说读写流利。

What To Bring:

· 2+ years of experience in Entertainment business/Project management; Disney experience is a plus.

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

· Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively; ability to interact effectively with different teams.

· Ability to leverage data/feedback to assist in compelling business case/rationale.

· Proactive, positive, forward-thinking, goal-oriented team player.

· Proven proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Fluent in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written).
