职位介绍：

作为酒店前台实习生，您将为宾客在酒店提供难忘的住宿体验、包括快速高效的入住流程、优秀的宾客服务以及各种指引服务等。您还将向游客传播迪士尼文化，将迪士尼的故事讲述带入酒店，为宾客提供沉浸式的体验。
作为行李服务实习生，您将为度假区酒店的宾客提供神奇的体验，包括提供迎宾服务；协助宾客办理入住和退房；根据需求为宾客量身定制行程；并提供停泊车辆、行李搬运等相关服务。
作为礼宾部实习生，您将将为宾客提供细致入微的服务，创造神奇的入住体验。您需要与宾客保持互动、解答宾客疑问、提供指引、预订餐饮服务、帮助递送包裹、及购买门票等。
作为客房服务实习生，您将主要负责宾客房间的清洁、整理和维护，保证床单、设施和各类物品的及时补给。您的工作会直接影响宾客的入住体验，我们将通过完善的培训和高效的管理平台帮助您为宾客创造富有迪士尼特色的酒店服务。
作为客房递送实习生，您将对酒店宾客区和后区进行清洁和维护（包括但不限于：清理宾客区走廊、窗户和地毯；清洁布草间及储存室等），在需要时递送物品至客房等，在细节中为宾客创造神奇的迪士尼入住体验。
作为康乐中心实习生，你将为入住酒店的宾客提供了一个亲子互动的场所。该职位将以积极友好的态度为游客提供服务，与儿童互动，在传播迪士尼文化的同时，为游客创造神奇的休闲娱乐体验。
作为度假区呼叫中心实习生，您将有机会通过分享信息、解决疑问等方式与游客互动，使他们获得难忘的体验。

Welcome to the Hotel Operations Team

Whether you are a cast member of Front Desk, Bell Services, Recreation, Housekeeping or Call Center, you will have the opportunity to create magical moments for our guests. Your efforts will receive positive feedback from fellow cast members and guests, giving you a great sense of accomplishment.

Job Summary:

As Front Desk Intern, you help ensure guests have a memorable stay at our hotels, whether through a speedy check-in process, excellent guest service or assistance with various Guest inquiries. You will embrace and spread Disney culture, and bring the Disney stories to life in our immersive hotels.
As Bell Service Intern, you will deliver amazing guest service. Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in handling the guest situation. Ensure the safety of amusement rides, theaters and attractions operation to provide a unique Disney experience to our guests.
As Concierge Intern, you will create magical experiences for guests at resort hotels by interacting with guests, answering questions, providing directions, booking dining reservations, assisting with room delivery, and selling park tickets.
As Housekeeping Intern, you will be responsible for overall cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, and replenishing items such as linens, amenities and various supplies. Your performance will directly influence the guest experience, and you will have the chance to create individualized magical moments for your guests. Housekeeping management and development programs will provide training to deliver Disney hotel service for guests.
As Houseperson Intern, you will responsible for overall cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and replenishing items such as linens, amenities and various supplies. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: cleaning guest corridors, windows, carpets, backstage linen and storage rooms and maintaining supply inventories. As a Houseperson, you will create magical experiences for guests at Disney hotels through the fine details.
As Recreation Intern, you will provides a place for kids and family members to spend quality time together. You will serve guests with positive, friendly attitude and interact with children, spreading Disney culture to every corner while creating magical entertainment experiences for all.
As Resort Call Center Intern, you will have the chance to heavily interact with our guests by sharing information and resolving challenging situations.

乐于为游客创造快乐，对待游客彬彬有礼，善于沟通，能够积极主动地为游客解决问题。
保证6个月及以上的连续实习期，接受不同的班次安排。
能够适应室内及室外不同的工作环境。
年满18周岁及以上，大专或本科学历以上的在校生，专业不限。
具备流利的普通话交流能力。
具备基本的英文读写及听说能力者优先。

Willing to create happiness and be courteous to our guests, with good communication skills, a service mindset, and the ability to take the initiative to provide solutions.
Be able to work for a minimum of six consecutive months and work different shifts.
Willing to work both indoors and outdoors.
Eighteen years old and above, currently enrolled in a college degree program, major not limited.
Be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin.
Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, listening & speaking) is preferred.
