职位概述:
游乐设备团队协调员是 WDI 游乐设备工程团队不可或缺的一部分,负责为文件、设计和其他项目要求的交付提供后勤和技术支持。他/她负责与其他专业进行适当的沟通、协调和互动,重点是与现场相关的活动,包括实施、安装、测试和收尾工作。
向游乐设备项目执行总监汇报,但可能需要接受游乐设备团队其他工程师的日常指导。
资质要求:
- 至少 2-3 年相关经验。具有迪士尼/主题娱乐项目经验优先
- 拥有丰富的领导经验
- 良好的沟通/演示技巧
- 能够确定工作和任务的轻重缓急
- 能够在很少的监督下完成任务(直接主管在国外)
- 中英文流利
- 计算机技能: Microsoft Office,包括Word、Excel、Powerpoint

职责:
- 支持中国特种设备检测研究院和依法开展的活动
- 提交申请、支付发票、支持会议后勤
- 支持设计评审,组织交付成果,以供必要的政府验收和认证
- 协调游乐设备的安装和测试活动
- 行政方面
- 促进团队讨论并安排会议
- 支持游乐设备团队成员的差旅/外派
- 支持游乐设备团队的办公室工作,协调IT相关问题
- 偶尔购买工具和小型测试设备
- 使用Easy Lobby系统接待访客
- 协调游乐设备团队成员的安全培训和个人防护设备(PPE)
- 完成团队成员的费用(差旅)报告
- 协调方面
- 支持概念证明、原型或模型的构建
- 汇报供应商活动、现场活动、协调工作、测试活动的最新情况
- 负责与其他专业协调现场活动。在游乐设备/演出布景测试期间与项目进度计划工程师一起安排日常计划
- 与内外部组织协调并整合项目信息,包括项目团队、创意和设计团队、演出布景团队、设施设计团队、运营团队、供应商和承包商
- 负责编制并维护工作范围清单、项目策略、交付成果矩阵等文档
- 支持游乐设备团队编制并完成交付成果:交付前的最终图纸和文档。监督图纸发布流程。根据项目要求验证交付成果
- 根据需要将照片文件存档
- 管理工作范围并跟踪甲供物品,指导生产工作并协调安装
- 通过收集并验证信息,与团队协调供应商合同变更管理计划。支持IRL沟通流程。
- 协调测试和调试以及质量保证程序。支持《测试安全方案》。
- 准备并参加向管理层介绍项目设计和状态的汇报
- 整理从外部供应商采购的所有产品的投标和授标所需的文件。
- 运输物流、专用工具和备品备件
- 跟踪游乐设备的物流和运输(包括海外和国内)
- 监督材料、工具或备品备件到达现场
- 协助清关(与供应链团队合作)
- 使用ISL系统装载游乐设备并卸载到仓库
- 协助并协调备品备件的采购并移交运营
The Ride team Coordinator an integral part of the WDI Ride Engineering team and are responsible for providing logistical and technical support for the delivery of documents, designs and other project requirements. He/She is responsible in proper communication, coordination and interactions with other disciplines, focused on field related activities including Implementation, Installation, Testing and Close-out.
Reports to Executive Project Engineer but may take day to day direction from other Ride Team engineers
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years related experience. Disney/Themed Entertainment projects preferred
- Proven Leadership experience
- Good communication/presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize work and assignments
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision (direct supervisor will be international)
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Responsibilities:
- Support CSEI and regulation activities
- Submit applications, pay invoices, support meeting logistics
- Support design reviews, organize deliverables for necessary regulatory inspection and certification
- Coordinate ride installation and testing activities
- Administrative related
- Facilitates team discussions and schedule meetings
- Support Ride team members travelling/relocation
- Support Ride team office work, coordinating IT related issues
- Casual Buyer to purchase tools and small test equipment
- Use the Easy Lobby system for visitors
- Coordinate safety training and PPE for ride team members
- Complete expense (travel) reports for team members
- Coordinator related
- Support the build of proof of concept, prototype or mock up
- Communication status updates on vendor activities, field activities, coordination efforts, testing activities
- Responsible to coordinate field activities with other disciples. Work with Project Scheduler on daily schedule during Ride/Show testing
- Coordinate and integrate project information with internal and external organizations including project team, creative and design studios, Show, Facility design, Operations, vendors and contractors
- Responsible to develop and maintain documentation of scope lists, Project Strategies, deliverables matrices, etc.
- Support Ride team on the development and completion of deliverables: final drawings and documentation prior to turnover. Oversee drawing release process. Validate deliverables against project requirements
- Archive photo documentation, as required
- Manages scopes and tracks Owner Furnished items, guides production efforts and orchestrates installation
- Coordinate with team vendor contract change management program by collecting and verifying information. Support IRL communication process.
- Coordinates Test and Adjust and Quality Assurance procedures. Support Testing Safety Plan.
- Prepare and participate in presentations to executive management regarding project design and status
- Organize documents needed for bid & award for all production items purchased from outside vendors.
- Shipping logistics, special tools and spare parts
- Tracking logistics and shipping of Ride equipment. (including the oversea and domestic )
- Oversee on-site arrival of materials, tools or spare parts
- Assist for the customs clearance (work with Supply Chain team)
- Use the ISL system for the ride equipment load/unload into the warehouse
- Assist and coordinate spare parts purchasing and turn over the Operations
