你将参与到激动人心而又充满挑战的财务变革项目中，为财务工作的自动化、数字化转型贡献自己的力量。你会从财务业务伙伴（Finance BP）的视角出发，理解预算制定、预算控制、财务指标分析的工作逻辑，为这些工作需求开发数据自动化处理工具和可视化看板。你将与财务业务伙伴团队密切合作，用你开发的工具来支持他们的日常工作。此外，你会接触到上海迪士尼度假区非常丰富多元的业态，探索其中有趣的业务知识。
在这份实习中，你将有机会把书本中学到的财务管理知识运用在实践中，学到数字化技术在企业财务实际工作中的应用，锻炼你的沟通技能、解决问题的能力和团队合作精神。
工作内容：
• 支持财务分析的可视化开发，包括：
o 基于业务需求，建立数据逻辑，搭建数据模型，形成通用的取数规则
o 使用PowerQuery处理源数据
o 使用PowerBI制作可视化看板、报表和分析模块，支持财务管理和财务分析的需求——如费用预算控制、成本率变动分析、费用预测等，为业务决策提供依据
o 对看板进行测试调整，并根据团队成员的使用反馈，对其进行优化
• 协助部门日常的业务维护工作，如数据库更新、餐饮成本系统维护等
我们希望您：
• 在校本科生或研究生
• 熟练运用Office Excel
• 有PowerBI、Power Query、Tableau、SQL、Python使用经验或学习过相关课程者优先；
• 具备快速学习的能力；
• 良好的书面和口头沟通技能，善于协调沟通；
• 每周工作至少三天；
• 工作至少六个月。

Job Summary：
We are looking for a brilliant talent to join the Shanghai Disney Resort Operations Finance team as an intern!
You will participate in the exciting and challenging finance transformation projects to make contributions to the digitalization and automation initiatives. You will understand the logic of budget planning, budget control, and finance metric analysis from the perspective of a Finance Business Partner (Finance BP) and develop data automation tools and visualization dashboards to support these operational needs. You will work closely with the Finance BP team, using the tools you develop to support their daily work. Besides, you will also get to see the dynamic and diverse businesses of Shanghai Disney Resort and explore its interesting business knowledge.
In this internship, you will have the opportunity to apply theoretical financial management knowledge to practice, learn how to apply digital technologies into corporate finance operations, and develop your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork spirit.
Key Responsibilities：
• Support the data visualization projects for financial analysis, including:
o Set data logic, build data model and create general data retrieving rules based on business demands;
o Use Power Query to process data source;
o Use PowerBI to make visualized dashboards, reports and analysis modules, as to support financial analysis (eg. budget control, cause of change analysis on cost rate, expense forecast) and business decision making;
o Test and adjust and the dashboards; optimize the design based on team’s feedback.
• Assist team’s daily business maintenance work, such as database refresh and F&B cost system maintenance.
Required Qualifications：
• Current undergraduate or post-graduate student;
• Has strong Microsoft Excel skills;
• Prefer to have use or learning experience with PowerBI and Power Query or Tableau or SQL or Python;
• Quick learner;
• Polished written and verbal communication skills, proven communication and coordination skills;
• Can work at least 3 days each week;
• Can work for at least 6 months.
