职位介绍：

作为客房部的岗位之一，客房服务保洁演职人员致力于为入住度假区酒店的游客提供细致入微的出色服务，演职人员的职责包括：对所有酒店公共区域及后勤区域的清洁，用品补给，设备设施的维护等。您的工作会直接影响宾客的入住体验，我们将通过完善的培训和高效的管理平台帮助您为宾客创造富有迪士尼特色的一流酒店服务。

工作内容：

·      清洁和维护酒店对客区域和后勤区域，包括以下所有的范围：大堂，洗手间，休息区，外围人行道及庭院，办公室等

·      使用清洁药剂和吸尘器等清洁设备对公共区域进行日常的清洁维护，能灵活应对特殊清洁需要

·      及时汇报公共区域的工程问题并跟进维修，做好公共区域设备设施的维护和保养

·      热情地与客人互动，尤其关注孩子的体验，需要时为游客提供指引等服务，解答游客疑问

·      完成上级布置的额外工作

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括早班和中班，周末和节假日

·      具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识，热情地与游客互动

·      需要进行步行、弯腰、提举及站立等动作

·      能适应室内和室外快速的工作节奏和较大的工作量

·      工作时需要使用化学物品和清洁工具（清洁试剂和机器等清洁设备）

·      您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书，且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训）

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

Job Summary:

As part of Housekeeping department, Housekeeping Custodial Cast Members help to deliver detail and outstanding guest service by daily interaction with each guest at the resort hotels. Custodial Cast Members will be responsible for overall cleaning & BOH area Cleaning, replenishing in all public area and facilities maintenance. Your performance will directly influence the guest experience, and you will have the chance to create individualized magical moments for your guests. Housekeeping management and development programs will provide training to deliver world-class Disney hotel service for guests.

What You’ll Do:

·      Cleaning and maintaining the Hotel properties on stage and backstage locations, including all the following: lobby, restrooms, play area, back of office area, exterior areas and courtyards, etc.

·      Use cleaning chemicals, vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment to perform daily cleaning and maintenance of public areas and be able to flexibly respond to special cleaning needs.

·      Report facilities problems in public areas in a timely manner and follow up the tracking. Make sure the facilities and equipment maintenance in the public areas.

·      Engage and interact with Guest and Cast as appropriate with a focus on children, provide guidance and other services to Guests when necessary and explain the guest’s issues.

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders.

What To Bring:

·      Flexible/adaptable (be able to work at variable time, including AM Shift, PM Shift, weekends and holidays).

·      Courtesy to our guests with good communication skills and service mindset.

·      Physical demand includes prolonged standing, walking, lifting and bending, etc.

·      Can work in a very fast-paced indoor and outdoor environment and heavy workload

·      Must work with chemicals and cleaning materials (cleaning chemicals and equipment)

·      You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all ongoing training and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
