核心职责与责任

·        准确维护财务信息，建立基础的财务模型用于绩效与趋势分析

·        发现财务问题并进行分析，分析的形式能清晰地传达结果，便于管理层进行评估

·        对于日常工作内容有较深的理解，与项目/业务团队良好合作，发挥自身影响力以帮助团队解决问题

·        与项目团队、部门成员、管理层以及客户交流并建立良好的关系

·        建立完善的财务控制流程，以保证遵守公司的各项政策

·        主动通过财务分析以及建议/洞察等给予项目/业务团队以支持

·        提出改进流程的方案与建议

·        遵守人事政策与所有的公司手册

有关项目或部门的职责与责任：

·        负责一个或多个项目/业务的财务分析

·        日常报告与分析管理（如成本流、现金流分析与预测，各项工程管理报告，人员预测等）

·        与项目/业务团队合作建立预算与成本战略

·        与项目/业务团队合作维护EFC （估计最终成本）

·        协调并准备对外报告相关财务数据（合作方月度项目报告，政府及有关部门统计报告等）

·        审批及审核项目花费

·        审核发票的付款流程

·        建立与维护CBS（成本结构分解）

·        差旅审批

GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Provide analytic expertise to a project delivery team. Maintain accurate financial information and develop financial models for use in financial and trend analyses. Have comprehensive understanding of the business with ability to effectively communicate financial issues and present business results, identify opportunities, and evaluate and recommend optimal solutions to issues. Must work collaboratively with colleagues, partners and third parties, as well as, exert influence to deliver results. Possess solid understanding of finance principles and practices and ensure that effective controls are in place to comply with all company financial policies and guidelines.

CORE FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Maintain accurate financial information and develop basic financial models for performance and trend analysis

·        Identify financial issues and present analyses in a format that clearly communicates results for management evaluation

·        Influencing and partnering with the project teams/studios to understand the projects, develop a deep understanding of the businesses, and to have a point of view regarding key business issues

·        Interface and build rapport with project / studio team members, management, and internal/external customers

·        Ensuring that financial control processes are in place to guarantee compliance of company policies

·        Supporting the Projects/Studios through proactive analysis and recommendations/insights

·        Develop alternatives/proposals for process improvements

·        Adherence to personnel policies and all Company handbooks

Project/Division:

·        Project Controller for one or more Projects/Studios

·        Provide regular reporting and analysis management (e.g. costflow analysis, liquidity, and forecasting, multi project management reports, staffing plan, etc. )

·        Work with the Project/Studio team to establish budgets and costing strategies

·        Work with Project/Studio team to maintain EFC’s (estimated final costs)

·        Coordinate and prepare input for external reporting (e.g. Project update for board Meeting, Project report to JV Partner, Statistic report to Government/officials, etc)

·        Approve project commitments and audit project activity

·        Review the invoice payment process

·        Setup and maintenance of CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure)

·        Travel Authorization approval

专业技能与要求：

熟练运用电子表格与文字处理程序，理解财务系统

教育背景、培训经历、知识与技能要求：

·        商科学士学位，如会计、金融或其他商科或理科专业

·        财务相关领域5年以上工作经验

·        对财务控制（如预算、预测）有相关经验

·        具有商业头脑，了解会计准则

·        具有较强的组织技能，并同时能关注细节

·        熟练操作计算机，在Windows环境下使用电子表格、数据库与演示软件

·        较强的口头与书面沟通技能

·        能建立财务预测模型，进行NPV，IRR分析

·        具备较强的财务分析能力，并能有效地进行汇报

·        具备独立工作能力

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

·        Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing computer applications and must have a conceptual understanding of integrated financial systems.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

·        Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other business or quantitative equivalent

·        5+years’ experience in a financial related field

·        Possess an understanding of financial controls (e.g., budgeting, forecasting)

·        Demonstrated knowledge of business acumen and GAAP

·        Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail

·        Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment with spreadsheets, databases and presentation software

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills

·        Demonstrated ability to develop pro formas, NPV and IRR analyses

·        Able to create and effectively present complex financial analyses

·        Ability to work independently

·        Able to work in a flexible team environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously and multiple functional disciplines

·        Experience in data analytics & visualization tools are preferred (i.e. VBA, Power Query, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
