该职位将专注于与旅游业及酒店合作伙伴建立直接合作关系，以提升上海迪士尼乐园的游客入园人次。
工作内容：
客户关系与渠道管理
- 负责指定客户的业绩达成，推动入园人次、客房夜数及贸易营销活动等关键指标的实现。
- 维护并拓展销售渠道网络，了解市场趋势，协助制定符合用户需求的分销策略。
- 与合作伙伴保持良好沟通，参与商务谈判，探索合作机会，提升渠道活跃度与产出。
- 协助评估现有客户表现，优化渠道结构，提升分销效率。
- 根据不同渠道特点，支持产品推广方案的设计与执行。
业务创新支持
- 参与旅游套餐、酒店合作项目等新业务模式的策划与落地，支持增长试点项目。
- 协助设计创新营销方案，提升品牌影响力和用户转化意愿。
- 在资源约束下提出合理化建议，平衡合作成本与收益，支持可持续渠道激励。
- 配合项目团队推进业务计划实施，确保与整体战略方向一致。
数据洞察与分析支持
- 收集整理合作伙伴及市场信息，识别趋势并输出基础分析报告。
- 协助策划基于数据洞察的贸易营销活动，提升入园及住宿转化效果。

Job Summary:
This role will focus on establishing partnerships with travel trade and hotel partners to drive SHDR attendance.
What You’ll Do:
Partnership Management
- Drive performance for assigned accounts, supporting the achievement of key KPIs including park admissions, room nights, and trade marketing activities.
- Maintain and expand travel trade and hotel networks, understand market trends, and assist in developing locally relevant distribution strategies.
- Communicate effectively with partners, participate in business discussions, explore collaboration opportunities, and enhance channel engagement and output.
- Support evaluation of existing account performance and contribute to optimizing channel mix and distribution efficiency.
- Assist in designing and executing product promotion plans tailored to different sales channels.
Business Innovation Support
- Contribute to the planning and execution of new business initiatives such as travel packages and membership programs.
- Support the development of innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand appeal and improve customer conversion.
- Provide practical recommendations on cost-benefit balance under resource constraints to support sustainable partner incentives.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth implementation of business plans aligned with overall strategy.
Market & Data Insights
- Collect and analyze information from partners and the market to identify trends and produce basic insight reports.
- Support the design of data-informed trade marketing activities to boost admissions and room night conversions.
- Work cross-functionally to facilitate the use of partner data in business decisions.

- 3年以上旅游、OTA、酒店、电商或相关行业运营、销售或业务支持经验。
- 具备基本商业敏感度，能识别业务机会并配合推进落地。
- 熟悉主流在线旅游平台运作模式者优先。
- 英语读写流利，具备基本口语沟通能力。
- 拥有良好的沟通协调能力，能高效对接内外部合作方。
- 本科及以上学历，旅游管理、市场营销、商务英语或相关专业优先。
- 能在快节奏、结果导向的环境中独立工作，抗压能力强。

· 3+ years of experience in tourism, OTA, hospitality, e-commerce, or related fields in operations, sales, or business support roles.
· Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and support execution.
· Familiarity with major online travel platforms is preferred.
· Fluent in written and spoken English (intermediate to advanced level).
· Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Tourism Management, Marketing, International Business, English, or related disciplines preferred.
· Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and resilient under pressure.
