职位介绍：

布草演职人员致力于为入住度假区酒店的游客提供细致入微的出色服务，演职人员的职责包括维护整个客房部和公共区域的布草和设备的库存管理。

工作内容：

·      维护整个客房部管理

·      在供应商送货时盘点物品数量和质量

·      监控物品和布草的库存情况

·      派送物品和布草去客房和公共区域布草房

·      确保撕裂或破损的布草送到修理或加以记录

·      做好每日床单、被套、枕套等干净的布草的接收、登记、抽查和盘点

·      与外部洗衣厂密切合作，保持清晰的记录/跟踪

·      跟进每日客衣的收取、检查和发放工作

·      跟进客借物品的每日管理和维护

·      报告工作安全隐患，确保布草房和污衣间的整洁

·      完成其他额外工作

Job Summary:

Linen Cast Members help to deliver detail and outstanding guest service by daily interaction with each guest at the resort hotels. Housekeeping Cast Members will be responsible for maintaining the overall Housekeeping and Public area inventory for supplies, linen and equipment.

What You’ll Do:

·      Maintaining linen supplies and inventory of whole Housekeeping

·      Conduct quality and quantity inspections of vendor deliveries

·      Monitor supply and/or linen inventory levels

·      Deliver supplies and/or linen to Housekeeping and Custodial linen rooms and supply rooms

·      Ensure that torn or damaged linen are sent to repair and keep for tracking records

·      Recording daily bed sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases deliveries, inspections and stocktaking

·      Liaison with the laundry vendor and keeping clear records for tracing and follow ups

·      Daily guest valet laundry collections, inspections and deliveries

·      Daily management of guest on-loan items

·      Reporting safety concerns in workplace and maintaining linen rooms neat and clean

·      Other assigned ad-hoc tasks

What To Bring:

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

·      Ability to complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality

·      Highly well Organized

·      Ability of continuous standing, walking, lifting and bending for long time

·      Good communication skills and good guest service courtesy

·      Good teamwork spirits and willing to help others

·      Use of hands: Constantly. Constant use of repetitive wrist motions.

·      Working Environment: Indoor environment. Constantly working in soiling environment

·      Work with chemicals and hazardous material (cleaning supplies and equipment)

·      You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all ongoing training and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
