职位介绍：

礼宾部的演职人员将为宾客提供细致入微的服务，创造神奇的入住体验。您需要与宾客保持互动、解答宾客疑问、提供指引、预订餐饮服务、帮助递送包裹、及购买门票等。礼宾部的演职人员将通过专业的服务，给宾客创造神奇体验。

工作内容：

·      通过提供城市信息、旅程推荐、购票服务、餐厅订位等服务，为宾客创造卓越和神奇的体验

·      熟悉班车和摆渡船的时间表、停车场的位置，为宾客去乐园的安排提供合理的建议

·      熟悉酒店和乐园的景点、娱乐演出、餐厅及商店的地点及运营时间，为宾客提供必要的信息

·      在需要时，帮助前台和行李柜台的运营

·      完成上级布置的额外工作

此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

·      在各区域协助客流管控

·      为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助

·      确保工作区域的干净和整洁

·      协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）

·      确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

·      在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）

我们希望您：

·      具备熟练的电脑操作能力

·      具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识，并能够积极主动为宾客解决问题

·      能适应快速的工作节奏

·      需要基本的英文读写及听说能力，能使用英文操作系统，及与使用英语的宾客沟通

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

Job Summary:

Concierge Host/Hostess creates magical experiences for guests at resort hotels by interacting with guests, answering questions, providing directions, booking dining reservations, assisting with room delivery, and selling park tickets. Through constant delivery of professional service through guest interactions, Concierge Host/Hostess brings magical memories and happiness to guests.

What You’ll Do:

·      Provide excellent and magical guest experiences every day by sharing information, tour recommendations, ticket service and restaurant booking

·      Be familiar with shuttle bus and ferry timetables, parking lots, and provide insightful suggestions to make touring Shanghai Disneyland easy

·      Strong knowledge of Hotel and Park attractions, shows, restaurants, store venues and operation times

·      Assist front desk and bell services operations when needed

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

·      Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

·      Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

·      Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

·      Assist logistics and stocking

·      Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash 

·      Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

·      Good computer skills

·      Good communication and service sense to proactively fix problems for guests

·      Can work in a very fast-paced environment

·      Basic English skills to operate the English computer system and communicate with guests who speak English

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
