在实习工作中，你将会了解企业财务体系运作和预算预测的逻辑，学习财务数据分析的技能，锻炼跨团队沟通技巧，提升解决问题的能力。

你还会接触到上海迪士尼度假区非常丰富多元的业态，探索其中有趣的业务知识。更有机会为各种激动人心的度假区活动提供财务支持。

工作内容：

• 协助编写各类分析报告，如月度绩效分析报告、预测报告、研究项目的财务分析报告等；

• 协助采购相关的财务审核工作，如审阅业务合同、供应商竞价评分等；

• 制作各类财务报表，如月度损益表、月度明细账等；

• 收集、整理、报告各类业务数据，以支持各类跨部门沟通；

• 协助会计账务处理；

• 协助流程优化、效率改进、数据可视化等财务变革项目；

• 协助部门的行政事务工作，参与部门活动的策划。

我们希望您：

• 在校本科生或研究生，商科相关领域专业；

• 熟练使用Microsoft Excel以及PowerPoint，有数据处理相关经验者优先，如掌握Python, PowerBI, Tableau等的使用；

• 熟练掌握定量分析和财务建模，具有问题解决和关键性思维技能；

• 好奇心强且积极提问；

• 突出的组织技能，关注细节；

• 良好的书面和口头沟通技能，善于协调沟通；

• 适应跨国公司中复杂而多样化的业务部门，能在以团队为导向的环境中工作；

• 中英文口头和书面均流利；

• 每周工作至少三天；

• 工作至少六个月。

Finance Intern

Line of Business: Operations Finance

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary：

We are looking for a brilliant talent to join the Shanghai Disney Resort Operations Finance team as an intern!

During your internship, you will learn the operations of corporate finance and the logic for forecast and planning, learn financial analytical skills, polish your cross-team communication skills, and elevate your problem-solving skills.

You will also get to see the dynamic and diverse businesses of Shanghai Disney Resort, and explore its interesting business knowledge. What's more, you will have the opportunity to support the finance of exciting initiatives in various areas of the resort.

Key Responsibilities：

• Assist in the preparation of various analysis reports, such as monthly performance review report, forecast reports, financial analysis reports of ad hoc projects, etc.;

• Assist in procurement-related financial review, such as reviewing business contracts, supplier bid scoring, etc.;

• Prepare various financial reports, such as monthly profit and loss statement, monthly journal entry report, etc.;

• Collect, clean and report out various business data to support cross-departmental communication;

• Assist in accounting processes;

• Assist in finance transformation projects such as process optimization, efficiency improvement, and data visualization;

• Assist in administrative works for the team; participate in team activity planning.

Required Qualifications：

• Current undergraduate or post-graduate student with major in a business-related major;

• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; data processing experience is preferred, eg. the use of SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.;

• Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling; equipped with problem-solving and critical thinking skills;

• Strong curiosity and willingness to ask questions;

• Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail;

• Polished written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated partnering and communication skills;

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company;

• Fluency in speaking and writing Chinese and English;

• Can work at least 3 days each week;

• Can work for at least 6 months.
