职位介绍：

您将根据公司消防安全政策，全面推进各项消防安全工作。

工作内容：

• 您将推行公司消防安全规定，监督各级消防安全责任制落实情况；
• 您将编写及审核各类消防安全管理制度和消防应急预案；
• 您将调查、分析负责区域内的火警，监督整改措施和预防措施的落实；
• 您将制定消防安全检查计划并安排实施；
• 您将带领负责区域内的消防安全检察员，监督各部门消防自查工作的落实；
• 您将监督、指导各建筑单体开展消防应急演练；
• 您将实施全员消防安全培训，开展特殊岗位消防安全培训；
• 您将为各类大型活动提供消防专业技术支持；
• 您将策划组织实施各类消防安全活动；
• 您将指导并监督园区内第三方消防安全管理工作；
• 您将完成其他相关工作任务。

我们希望您：

• 拥有消防、安全相关专业，大专及以上学历，有3年以上消防相关工作经验；
• 拥有良好的中英文口语和写作能力；
• 持有中、高级建（构）筑物消防管理员证书优先；
• 持有注册消防工程师证书优先。

Job Summary:

You will comprehensively implement fire safety work based on the company’s fire safety policy.

What You’ll Do:              

• You will implement the company’s fire safety requirements and supervise the implementation of the fire safety responsibility system;
• You will compile and review different fire safety management systems and fire emergency plans;
• You will investigate and analyze fire alarms in duty areas, and supervise the implementation of the corrective actions and preventive actions;
• You will establish and implement the fire safety inspection plan;
• You will lead fire safety inspectors in the duty area and supervise the fire self-checking implementation for Lines of Business;
• You will supervise, guide and implement the fire emergency evacuation drill for different Lines of Business;
• You will implement fire safety training for staff and special posts;
• You will provide professional technical support for fire protection for large activities;
• You will plan, organize, and implement various fire safety activities;
• You will guide and supervise the fire safety management work of third parties;
• You will complete other tasks from the leader.

What To Bring:

• A college degree or above in fire safety or safety-related major with more than 3 years job-related working experience;
• Good speaking and writing skills in both Mandarin and English;
• Middle or senior certificate of building (construction) fire administrator is preferred;
• Certificate of Registered Fire Engineer is preferred.
