职位介绍：

维修保养家具、墙纸、地毯、玻璃、各种墙面装饰、各种吊顶、各种地面，维修木质装饰品。从事日常的维修、预防性维护和翻新工作。 

工作内容：

• 高度重视安全，并身体力行。
• 确保安全性、可靠性并在所分配的工作范围内展示高品质。
• 能够运用各种装饰工具，并且会修理工具（油漆刷、滚筒、搅拌器、喷涂设备、泥灰刀、砂纸、梯子等）。
• 熟练地进行油漆面基层处理（砂纸打磨、切削、清洁、墙面修补、各类窗、门和边角的密封）。
• 熟悉各种基材的基层处理，如玻璃钢、木材、金属等。
• 熟悉各种油漆类型及施工工艺，调色、着色、染色，如涂料、油漆、底漆、补漆等，可以根据已有的面漆去选用合适的涂料、油漆品种。
• 能够进行塑料和玻璃钢制品的表面涂层处理。
• 懂得如何使用脚手架、梯子和其它设备安全的进行高空作业以及相应的安全操作规程。
• 有能力进行物品表面和面积的测量，决定所需要的材料完成特殊的任务。
• 按照演出布景郊果的质量标准要求，进行细致的表面处理。按照需要进行修复和油漆修补工作。
• 能够读懂设计图纸和加工图，明确材料需求及各种尺寸。
• 用测量工具进行布局准备，能准确的落料，进行切割和装配。
• 会用钉子、螺丝、木榫、锚钉或胶来装配和固定木制品。
• 按照上级安排进行客房及公共区域的预防性维修，与其他员工进行一起合作。
• 对于一些会产生油漆味或噪音的工作，慎重选择合适的时间或施工场地以减少对运营部门的影响。如果无法避免，需事先请示上级或酒店工程经理。
• 善于学习新的工艺，熟悉新的装饰材料和各种特殊的表面装饰材料。鼓励尝试使用先进的材料来提高工作效率和成品质量。
• 能够使用电脑管理软件，如MAXIMO软件去管理所分配的工作量。
• 根据工作内容，选择合适的配件，与上级进行沟通并获得合适的配件及数量并进行定购。要求能够阅读、说明和识别图纸，根据维护手册采用正确的维修和更换流程。
• 能够与其他同事或其它专业的员工合作，处理各种维修工作。有较强的书面和口头沟通技巧。
• 保持设备、设备机房和工作间的干净、整洁并持续保持。

我们希望您：

·      3年以上建筑装饰和预防性维修工作经验或五星级酒店工作经历。（有多项维修技能或多种设施维护经验的优先考虑）

·      能够读懂并理解建筑、装饰图纸。

·      有较强的书面和口头沟通能力（流利的中文，有英语能力的优先考虑）

·      思维敏捷和身体健康（可以上夜班，连续的步行或乘车，能够处理各种材料/工具/设备）

Welcome to the Facility and Operations Services Team

No matter what role you have in the Attractions Operations, Central Shops, Facilities and Operations Services or Horticulture, you will have the opportunity to exercise your skills. You will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work together to bring the magic to life.

Job Summary:

As a Tradesman (Hotel Painter), you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of furniture, wallpaper, carpets, glass, various wall decorations, various ceilings, and various flooring, as well as the repair of wooden decorations. Engage in daily repairs, preventive maintenance, and renovation work.

What You’ll Do:

·      Attach great importance to safety and practice it in daily work.

·      Ensure safety, reliability, and deliver high quality within the assigned work scope.

·      Proficient in using various decorative tools and skilled in tool maintenance (paint brushes, rollers, mixers, spraying equipment, putty knives, sandpaper, ladders, etc.).

·      Skilled in performing base coat preparation for paint surfaces (sandpapering, cutting, cleaning, wall patching, and sealing of various windows, doors, and edges).

·      Familiar with base coat preparation for various substrates, such as fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), wood, metal, etc.

·      Familiar with various types of paint and construction processes, including color mixing, tinting, and staining (such as coatings, paints, primers, touch-up paints, etc.), and able to select appropriate paint/coating types based on existing topcoats.

·      Capable of performing surface coating treatment for plastic and FRP products.

·      Understand how to safely perform high-altitude operations using scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment, as well as the corresponding safety operating procedures.

·      Perform meticulous surface treatment in accordance with the quality standards of stage set effects. Conduct restoration and paint touch-up work as required.

·      Able to read and interpret design drawings and processing diagrams to clarify material requirements and various dimensions.

·      Use measuring tools for layout preparation, accurate blanking, cutting, and assembly.

·      Skilled in assembling and securing wooden products using nails, screws, wooden tenons, anchors, or adhesives.

·      Perform preventive maintenance of guest rooms and public areas as assigned by superiors and cooperate with other employees.

·      For work that generates paint fumes or noise, carefully select appropriate times or construction sites to minimize the impact on operational departments. If unavoidable, consult with superiors or the Hotel Engineering Manager in advance.

·      Proactive in learning new processes and familiarizing oneself with new decorative materials and various special surface decorative materials. Encouraged to try advanced materials to improve work efficiency and finished product quality.

·      Proficient in using computer management software (such as MAXIMO) to manage the assigned workload.

·      Based on work requirements, select appropriate accessories, communicate with superiors to confirm the type and quantity, and arrange for procurement. Required to read, explain, and identify drawings, and adopt correct repair and replacement processes in accordance with maintenance manuals.

·      Able to cooperate with other colleagues or professional staff to handle various maintenance tasks. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

·      Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of equipment, equipment rooms, and workspaces on an ongoing basis.

What To Bring:

·      More than three years of building decoration and preventive maintenance experience or 5-star hotel background (multi-skill or multi-facility experience preferred)

·      Ability to read/understand architectural/decoration drawings.

·      Strong written/oral communication (fluent Mandarin, English proficiency preferred).

·      Mentally alert, physically fit (able to work night shifts, continuous walking/travel, handle materials/tools).

·      Respect fellow Cast Members (diversity).

·      Proactive guest service, positive response to guest needs.

·      Communicate/interact freely and harmoniously with colleagues.
