你将全权负责核心战略代理大客户携程集团全生命周期管理,深度整合携程全产业链资源,盘活平台流量、营销、线下分销、Trip.com海外、商旅、文旅 IP 等多元资源;依托海内外旅游渠道资源与商务操盘能力,从零打造双方专属整合营销项目,搭建可持续增长代理生意模型;承接公司整体业务战略并独立拆解落地战术,带领专项团队冲刺业绩增量。在头部 OTA 深度战略合作中,积累大客户谈判、全域渠道运营、海内外文旅市场操盘复合经验,拓展职业发展优势。


职位介绍

携程集团为度假区官方核心代理渠道,本岗位是对接携程全集团的核心负责人,统筹携程主站、Trip.com海外、线下分销、商旅、本地文旅、直播、会员体系等全板块战略合作、客情维护、代理业绩增长、跨部门协同与团队管理。核心职责是深度撬动携程全生态资源,充分释放代理渠道价值,持续提升渠道销售额、入园客流与品牌曝光,搭建长期共赢的稳定战略合作关系,为度假区整体销售贡献核心增量。


工作内容

o  全面统筹携程集团代理渠道整体运营,制定年度合作策略、业绩目标与预算,全权对渠道销售额、ROI、客源转化等核心指标负责

o  作为度假区对接携程各业务线高层核心接口人,负责长期客情维护,主导年度代理框架、独家资源置换等战略合作谈判,争取平台流量、大促资源、会员权益、线下门店推广等倾斜支持

o  联动携程文旅、商旅、线下门店、海外 Trip、直播、会员中心等板块,策划落地 0-1 全新合作项目,包含线上线下整合营销、新品组合、主题活动,完整搭建并闭环落地合作链路

o  搭建携程渠道多维度数据复盘体系,常态化追踪销量、流量、客单价、转化、用户画像数据,定期输出大客户经营分析报告,落地产品、营销、流量、分销优化方案,提升渠道经营效率

o  管理 专项执行团队,拆解年度业绩指标,搭建分工与考核体系,统筹团队日常对接、活动落地、产品上线、客诉处理等全流程执行工作

o  联动内部销售、产品、市场、财务、运营团队,结合携程平台特性定制专属产品矩阵,针对暑期、节假日等节点策划渠道专属促销方案

o  持续跟踪文旅行业、OTA 行业政策及携程平台规则更新,持续创新合作模式,拓展分销、企业客群、海外客源等新增量渠道

o  基于公司整体销售战略,独立制定携程渠道专属落地战术,自主完成项目推进、风险管控、效果复盘,可在低监督下独立闭环全链路大客户业务

o  持续调研携程平台市场动态与用户消费趋势,输出大客户长期增长规划;协助上级统筹度假区全代理渠道生意规划、产品布局与全年营销节奏

我们希望您

  • 本科及以上学历,旅游管理、市场营销、国际商务、电子商务、商科类专业优先
  • 6 年及以上文旅行业销售、大客户运营经验,有头部 OTA 大客户 / 代理渠道完整操盘经历优先,兼具国内、海外文旅市场实操经验
  • 拥有成熟海内外旅游、OTA 代理渠道资源,熟悉携程全产业链业务、代理合作规则与分销体系,掌握大客户商务谈判与资源争取方法
  • 具备完整 0-1 项目搭建经验,拥有头部 OTA 新合作项目、海外市场开拓、线上线下全域整合营销从零到落地复盘的完整实操案例
  • 有管理 2 人及以上执行团队经验,擅长业绩拆解、团队统筹、人员管理与问题闭环处理
  • 能够基于公司整体销售战略,独立搭建携程渠道专属落地战术体系,自主推进全流程落地与迭代优化

Sales Manager (Ctrip Group Exclusive)

Line of Business: Sales & Integrated Platform

Welcome to the Sales Team

You will take full ownership of the full-lifecycle management of Ctrip Group, our core strategic agency partner. You will integrate Ctrip’s full industrial ecosystem resources and unlock value across platform traffic, marketing, offline distribution, Trip.com overseas, corporate travel, cultural tourism IP and more. Leveraging your extensive domestic and overseas travel channel resources and commercial operation expertise, you will build exclusive integrated marketing initiatives from scratch and establish a sustainable revenue growth model for the agency partnership. You will translate the company’s overall business strategy into independent actionable tactics and lead a dedicated team to deliver incremental sales growth. Through in-depth collaboration with this top-tier OTA, you will build comprehensive expertise in key account negotiation, full-channel operation and domestic & overseas cultural tourism market development to boost your career competitiveness.


Job Summary

Ctrip Group serves as the official core agency channel of the resort. As the primary point of contact for all business divisions across Ctrip Group, you will oversee strategic cooperation, stakeholder relationship management, agency revenue growth, cross-department alignment and team management covering Ctrip Main Site, Trip.com overseas, offline travel distribution, corporate travel, local cultural tourism, live streaming and membership systems. Your core responsibility is to fully activate Ctrip’s entire ecosystem resources, maximize the commercial value of the agency channel, drive sustained growth in channel sales volume, park visitor arrivals and brand exposure, foster a stable long-term win-win strategic partnership, and deliver core incremental revenue for the resort’s overall sales performance.


Key Responsibilities

o  Oversee end-to-end operations of the Ctrip agency channel, formulate annual cooperation strategies, revenue targets and budgets, and take full accountability for core KPIs including channel sales, ROI and visitor conversion rate

o  Act as the resort’s core liaison with senior stakeholders across Ctrip’s business lines, sustain long-term key account relationships, lead negotiations on annual agency framework agreements and exclusive resource exchange plans, and secure priority support such as platform traffic, campaign slots, membership benefits and offline store promotion resources

o  Partner with Ctrip’s cultural tourism, corporate travel, offline retail, overseas Trip, live streaming and membership teams to design and launch complete 0-to-1 cooperation projects, including integrated online-offline marketing campaigns, bundled new products and themed activities, with full-cycle closed-loop delivery

o  Build a multi-dimensional data analysis framework for Ctrip channels, continuously monitor sales volume, traffic, average order value, conversion rate and user profile data, deliver regular key account performance reports, and roll out actionable optimization plans for products, marketing, traffic and distribution to improve channel operational efficiency

o  Lead a dedicated execution team, decompose annual revenue targets, establish team role allocation and performance appraisal systems, and supervise full-cycle daily workflows including platform liaison, campaign rollout, product launch and customer complaint resolution

o  Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, product, marketing, finance and operation teams to develop exclusive product portfolios tailored to Ctrip’s ecosystem, and design channel-specific promotion campaigns for summer vacations, public holidays and other seasonal peaks

o  Track updates on cultural tourism industry trends, OTA regulatory policies and Ctrip platform rules, continuously innovate partnership models, and explore new revenue streams including distribution business, corporate clients and overseas tourist markets

o  Translate the resort’s overall sales strategy into customized tactical roadmaps exclusive to Ctrip channels; independently drive project execution, risk control and performance review, and manage full-cycle key account operations autonomously with minimal supervision

o  Monitor real-time market dynamics and consumer trends on Ctrip platforms to draft long-term growth blueprints for the key account; support line managers to coordinate overall agency channel revenue planning, product layout and full-year marketing schedules


Desired Qualifications

o  Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Tourism Management, Marketing, International Business, E-commerce and Business Administration are preferred

o  Minimum 6 years of senior experience in cultural tourism sales and key account management; proven full-cycle operation experience with top OTA key accounts or agency channels is highly preferred, with hands-on experience in both domestic and overseas tourism markets

o  Possess well-established domestic and overseas travel & OTA agency channel networks; in-depth knowledge of Ctrip’s full industrial layout, agency cooperation rules and distribution systems, with mature capabilities in key account negotiation and resource mobilization

o  Demonstrated track record of delivering complete 0-to-1 end-to-end projects, including new cooperation launches with leading OTAs, overseas market expansion and full-cycle integrated online-offline marketing campaigns

o  Team leadership experience managing a team of at least 2 full-time execution staff; proficient in target decomposition, team coordination, personnel management and closed-loop issue resolution

o  Capable of developing customized tactical systems for Ctrip channels based on corporate sales strategy, and independently drive full-cycle implementation and iterative optimization

o  Excellent key account negotiation capabilities; able to engage mid-to-senior management at Ctrip to negotiate agency frameworks, resource exchange and exclusive benefits with a long-term win-win partnership mindset

o  Strong cross-enterprise and cross-department coordination skills; outstanding project management, risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities, detail-oriented and results-driven

o  Proficient in oral, written and presentation skills in both Chinese and English; able to independently conduct cross-border agency cooperation with Trip.com overseas teams

o  Sharp commercial acumen for cultural tourism; capable of conducting multi-dimensional data diagnosis on users, traffic and revenue to implement data-driven channel optimization

o  Highly self-motivated, proactive in business expansion and quick to learn; able to thrive under work pressure and independently deliver full-lifecycle key account results with limited supervision
