职位介绍：

  作为游艺设备维修技术员，您将执行上海迪士尼度假区景点设施设备的故障排除、维修和翻新工作，以确保其维修质量。理解安全、合规和生产力的重要性，并有良好的团队协作精神。

工作内容：

·      执行测试、预防和纠正性维护、故障排除、大型翻修或安装，包括：各种游乐设备与演出元素中的电气和机械系统，完成指定的任务；

·      监督并带领团队的技术员完成指定的任务：维修间的管理，确保安全和整洁。工具，备件和文件妥善存放并符合公司要求；

·      学习并熟练使用公司所提供的信息系统与维修工具、熟悉技术图纸；

·      监督并带领1或2名技术员完成指定任务。善于排故与纠正性维护；

·      接受在岗培训课程并完成理论、实践培训，最终通过相应考试；

·      负责维修工作间的整理，备件库存管理，参加例行交接班会议；

·      确定团队培训需求并取得上级经理的认可。

我们希望您：

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；

·      5年以上的设备维修工作经验；

·      机械、电气或自动化专业者优先；

·      电气方向：在电工维修、电气控制、PLC控制逻辑、发动机等中，需掌握一个或多个方面的专业知识，拥有电气图纸阅读能力，具有低压电工操作证，有维修电工高级证者优先；

·      机械方向：在机械维修、液压和气动维修中，需掌握一个或多个方面的专业知识，拥有机械图纸阅读能力，有维修钳工高级证者优先；

·      具有基本的领导能力，能学习并掌握Maximo，Handheld，EDMS等工作相关的操作系统，以便支持主管的工作，与2或3个初级技术员或技术员一起在符合迪士尼标准的情况下，兼顾质量和安全完成工作任务；

·      能用专业知识完成任务并应对可能出现的突发问题；

·  拥有良好的学习能力，优秀的团队合作精神，良好的沟通技巧并且态度积极乐观；

·  可以接受在工业型后台区环境下进行工作，经常在户外高温和潮湿的环境下工作；

·      可以接受灵活的工时安排，需要覆盖园区运营的时间和通宵班，包括国定假日；

·      可以学习并理解维修作业计划，能独立阅读并解析工程图纸。

Job Summary:

 As a Ride Technician, you will execution the hands-on maintenance work for the troubleshooting, repair and refurbishment to ensure the maintenance quality. Having good teamwork and cooperation spirit while understanding safety, regulatory compliance and productivity are important.

What You’ll Do:

·      Execute test, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, major rehab or installation on a wide variety of equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems for the ride and show elements, and accomplish the assigned tasks;

·      Supervise and lead the team's technicians to complete the specified tasks: maintenance room management, to ensure safety and tidiness. Tools, spare parts and documentation are proper and aligned with company’s standards;

·      Able to learn and use company-provided technology systems and equipment and be familiar with the tech drawings;

·      Supervise and lead 1 or 2 technicians to accomplish the assigned tasks, be good at troubleshooting and corrective maintenance;

·      Attend job training sessions and knowledge and performance assessment training, then pass examinations;

·      Responsible for maintenance workshop arrangement, spare parts inventory management and attend the shift meeting;

·      Identify specific training needs for the team for higher management’s endorsement.

What To Bring:

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities and spirit of cooperation.

·       More than 5 years’ work experience in equipment maintenance;

·      Major in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation is preferred;

·      Electrical: Must master one or more aspects of professional knowledge such as electrical maintenance, electrical control, PLC control logic, engine, etc. Able to read electric drawing and hold low voltage electrician operating certificate, the maintenance electrician senior certificate holder is preferred;

·      Mechanical: Must master one or more aspects of professional knowledge such as mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance, etc. Able to read mechanical drawing, the maintenance fitter senior certificate holder is preferred;

·      Have basic people leading skill, able to learn and master work-related operating systems, such as Maximo, Handheld, EDMS, etc., so that he/she could support his/her supervisor to work with 2 or 3 Jr Tech or Tech in carrying out maintenance tasks, inventory and workshop management up to Disney standard, in respect to both quality and safety;

·      Apply professional knowledge to accomplish assigned tasks and tackle any urgent issue as it arises;

·      Good learning ability and excellent team player, good communication skill and people leader with positive attitude;

·      Able to work in the industrial and backstage type of environment. Frequently work in an outdoor, hot, and humid environment;

·      Can take flexible work shifts that cover the attraction operating hours and third shift, including public holidays;

·      Able to learn and understand technical job plan and to read and interpret engineering drawings independently.
