职位介绍：

遵守运营指南和救生员培训指南所规定的流程，观察泳池宾客的情况，在宾客遇到困难时给予帮助；记录泳池日常数据，保证完成相关的预防及纠正措施。

工作内容：

·      在担任救生员期间保持优秀的救生技能；在宾客碰到困难时给予帮助

·      记录泳池日常数据，保证相关防护措施齐全；如发现问题，及时向工程维修部门反映

·      保证泳池区域、男女更衣室和健身房有干净的毛巾、救生衣，没有杂物或垃圾

·      保持泳池救生器材和健身器材整洁及正常使用

·      依据酒店安全标准和设施条例使用相关化学品

·      日常维护泳池区域，在需要时补充缺失的泳池用品

·      完成上级布置的额外工作

我们希望您：

·      需要持有两证：“国家资格鉴定证-救生员”及“上海市救生员证”

·      具备良好的安全意识

·      具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识

·      能够接受在室内外进行工作

·      能够快速对紧急事件作出反应，并能够在压力下工作

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

Job Summary:

Monitor the well-being of all pool users and ensure to follow the techniques and procedures detailed in the Operations Manual/Lifeguard Training Manual in the event a Guest experiences difficulty. Assess all Pool readings on a daily basis and ensure all preventative/corrective measures are completed.

What You’ll Do:

·      Maintain the skill throughout working period as a Lifeguard, monitor the well-being of all pool users and ensure to follow the techniques and procedures detailed in the Operations Manual/Lifeguard Training Manual in the event a guest experiences difficulty

·      Assess all pool reading on a daily basis and ensure all preventative/corrective measures are completed. Report to Facility Operation Services when issues are identified

·      Ensure the pool and gym areas are presentable by clearing towels, lifejackets and removing trash

·      Ensure the pool lifesaving equipment and fitness equipment clean and in proper working order

·      Ensure to handle any chemicals in accordance with the Hotel safety standards and manufacturers guidelines

·      Access and maintain the pool area set up on a regular basis, replenish any missing amenities whenever it's necessary

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

What To Bring:

·      Two Lifeguard Certificates: “National Qualification Certificate” and “Shanghai Life Certificate”

·      Good sense of safety

·      Good communication skills and service mindset

·      Ability to work both indoors and outdoors

·      Quick thinking and able to handle stressful situations

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
