职位概述:
职位介绍：
作为上海迪士尼度假区健康服务部的一员，您将向健康服务部的首席医师汇报。您将负责乐园内医务室的运营与管理，包括医务室的证照合规以及诊所运行管理流程，员工的卫生问题和健康恢复以及残障员工管理，伤害返岗评估， 确保诊所医生护士对游客和员工提供完善的医疗服务， 协调与管理第三方医疗服务商。此外，还会参与到职业健康的管理工作。
工作内容：
- 您将负责管理度假区运营范围内的医务室管理，包括但不限于医务室的证照合规、服务质量管控、以及诊疗流程标准化；并针对实操有效性与临床运营效率提供指导意见。
- 您将负责管理医务室的各项运营汇报，并对产生的数据进行有效分析，从而为优化服务质量提供支持。
- 您将负责统筹管理医务室人员配置，结合实际运营需求制定团队职能优化建议与人员发展支持。
- 您将负责制定上海迪士尼度假区为游客提供急救和为演职人员提供健康服务的范围、规程和方法；
- 您将参与对第三方供应商的管理，包括评估游客急救服务的外包需求，参与外包服务商甄选与准入，对其日常工作进行监督评估；
- 您将就健康问题提供医学咨询和专业知识，记录流程和规程并培训相关合作伙伴，包括卫生监督、政府指定的证书考试。
- 您将负责公司总部各项健康服务相关指南文件在医务室的执行，包括OSHA的相关适用要求。
- 您将领导或组织团队对现场的突发医疗事件进行响应，并按照要求进行事件评估和跟踪；
- 您将参与与工作相关的伤害或疾病管理，并负责包括返岗评估在内的各类职业评估，并针对业务需求开发适合的评估标准或要求。
- 您将参与现场管理，并需要与团队其它成员合作，参与识别、管理和解决基本的职业医学问题，以降低新的职业健康危害风险。
- 你将根据需求提供健康服务（生物检测，健康评估和健康讲座、活动支持等）；
- 你将与当地医院建立良好合作关系，以管理游客与演职人员医疗服务的绿色通道、病假、产假、工伤和健康证明更新等方面；
- 其它根据业务需求安排的工作。
Job Summary:
As a member of Health Services Team, you will report to the Chief Physician of Shanghai Disney Resort. You will be responsible for resort clinic management, including clinic compliance and operations, cast members health engagement and resiliency, disability management, fitness for duty evaluation, ensuring that clinic doctors and nurses provide excellent medical care to guests and cast members, coordinating and managing third party medical providers. Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing clinic on site, including but not limited, the compliance of clinic licensing, service quality control and medical practice process standardization. Provide guidance on the effectiveness of procedures and clinical efficiency.
- You will be responsible for managing clinic operational reports and effectively analyzing the generated data to support service quality optimization.
- You will be responsible for the staffing and services of clinic and develop team optimization development plan aligned with operational needs.
- You will establish scope, protocol and approach to providing both guest first aid and Cast Member Health Services at Shanghai Disney Resort.
- You will be responsible for the management of third-party vendors, including assessing outsourcing needs for visitor first aid services, participate in the bidding and selection of vendors, and conducting daily management of all third-party suppliers.
- You will provide medical consultation and expertise for health matters, document process and protocols and train related partners, which include medical supervision, government mandated exams and certifications,
- You will be responsible for implementing corporate health service guidelines in clinic, including applicable OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act)-requirements
- You will lead or organize the team to respond to on-site medical emergencies and conduct incident assessments and follow-ups as required.
- You will participate in work-related injury or illness management and be responsible for various occupational assessments, including return-to-work assessments, and develop appropriate assessment standards or requirements based on business needs.
- You will work with other team members to develop a strategy for Cast Member Health Services, participate in the identification, management and resolution of basic occupational medicine issues to reduce the risk of occupational health hazards.
- You will provide wellness services (biometrics, health assessments, wellness lectures, event support) as needed.
- You will establish good partnership with local hospital to manage green channel for guest and cast medical services, sick leave management, maternity situations, work injury, health certification renewals, etc.
- Other tasks according to business request.

- 拥有医学学位及以上学位或等同学历，受到过西医或中医方面的培训，并且至少拥有5年以上的专业经验；
- 持有有效的医师资格和执业证书，拥有中级或以上医师职称证书将会是重要的加分项
- 具有良好的中英文口语和写作能力；
- 拥有高标准的个人和职业操守；
- 良好的人际交往技巧和多领域，多任务的管理能力、可以高效地与各部门合作并达成共识。
Desired Qualifications:
- Have a medical Degree or above, with training in Western Medicine or Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Valid doctor qualification and practice certificates. Attending doctor or above certificate will be an added value
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin.
- Personal and professional integrity of the highest order.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple constituencies and tasks. Able to effectively collaborate and reach a consensus with other departments and have good negotiation skills.
