工作内容：

• 基于市场洞察和数据分析来制定全面性品牌与特许的策略及相关计划。含长期品牌建设、年度计划、季节性活动及特许经营推广活动策划。负责跨团队协作以执行推广活动；
• 和策略伙伴紧密合作，制定未来发展项目的策略和推广计划。带领跨团队合作以推动项目执行；
• 分析和解读数据，以帮助指导复杂的业务决策并形成可行性建议；
• 领导和指导团队以强化团队能力并帮助团队成长。

• 10年以上相关经验；
• 全日制本科学历；
• 优秀的对各种数据进行分析和解读的能力，以指导策略的制定和可行性；
• 优秀的领导力及影响跨团队合作伙伴的能力；
• 具备优秀的策略性思维及项目管理能力；
• 扎实的品牌管理经验，具有领导业务计划及市场计划发展的经验。有制定和管理全渠道市场活动的经验；
• 优秀的中英文业务写作及演讲能力，以及口头及书面表达的能力。

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager will lead the direction of integrated branding & franchise strategies and plans based on market insight and data analysis, to maximize consumer engagement, strengthen brand affinity and propel the growth business opportunity for Shanghai Disney Resort. This role will also lead to develop strategies for future development projects aiming to mid to long-term drive business growth. This role will exhibit strong strategic thinking, business writing, and project management skills. The job needs to have strong analytical capability and business savvy to deliver results. In addition, this position will serve as a stakeholder as needed on other Shanghai Disney Resort project teams as well as help manage financial planning and resource allocation and planning.  This position will report to VP, Commercial and will be based in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead holistic planning and integration to develop branding & franchise strategies and plans, based on market insights and data analysis. This will include long-term brand building, annual plans, seasonal events, and franchise campaigns. Lead cross-teams on campaign execution;
• Work with strategic partners to develop strategies and go-to-market plan for future development projects. Lead cross-teams on project execution; 
• Analyze and interpret data sources in order to help guide complex business decisions and form viable recommendations;
• Lead and coach team members to strengthen their capability and help the team to grow.

Desired Qualifications:

• 10 years + of directly related experience;
• 4-year bachelor degree;
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in evaluating data across platforms to inform the creation of actionable strategies;
• Strong leadership skills and influencing power on important stakeholders at certain levels;
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management;
• Solid brand management experience, have led business plan and marketing plan development. Have experience in developing and managing holistic marketing campaigns;
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese including solid presentation skills.
