作为资深整合与创新分析师，您将负责识别业务创新机会，并结合数字化技术、人工智能、自动化及企业级系统能力设计创新解决方案。您将与业务团队、技术团队及外部合作伙伴紧密合作，深入理解业务需求，推动数字化产品、创新技术及系统整合项目从需求分析、方案设计、概念验证（PoC）到落地实施的全过程。

除项目交付外，您还将负责已上线产品和解决方案的持续优化与价值提升，通过业务反馈、用户数据分析及技术演进，不断推动产品迭代，确保产品持续创造业务价值并满足业务发展需求。

工作内容：

创新探索与数字化解决方案设计

• 识别业务运营、员工体验及业务流程中的数字化创新机会；
• 研究人工智能（AI）、自动化及其他新兴技术发展趋势，探索创新应用场景；
• 深入分析业务需求，设计端到端数字化解决方案，推动产品、系统、数据及业务流程的有效整合；
• 评估技术平台、工具、供应商及解决方案，提出符合业务目标及企业标准的实施建议；
• 组织概念验证（PoC）或原型设计，验证创新方案的技术可行性及业务价值；
• 识别解决方案实施过程中的风险、依赖关系及限制条件，并推动问题解决。

系统整合与技术协同

• 分析业务流程、系统架构及数据流转需求，推动企业应用、数字产品及数据平台之间的系统和数据整合；
• 与业务团队、产品团队、开发团队、架构团队及供应商协作，推动解决方案实施落地；
• 支持接口（API）、数据集成及跨平台解决方案设计，提升业务流程效率和用户体验；
• 持续推进现有系统及解决方案优化，提高系统稳定性、可扩展性及业务价值。

项目交付与落地实施

• 独立推动数字化及创新项目从规划到上线的全过程；
• 制定项目计划、协调跨团队资源并管理项目风险；
• 管理供应商及合作伙伴，确保项目按质量、时间及预算要求交付；
• 定期向管理层汇报项目进展、风险及价值实现情况。

产品持续优化与价值提升

• 负责已上线产品和解决方案的持续优化及迭代管理；
• 收集用户反馈及业务需求，规划产品优化路线图和需求优先级；
• 跟踪产品使用情况及关键业务指标，持续提升用户体验和业务价值；
• 推动产品功能升级、能力扩展及长期价值实现。

我们希望您：

• 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息系统、软件工程、商业分析、数字化转型或相关专业；
• 3-5年数字化产品、业务分析、解决方案设计、系统集成或数字化转型相关经验；
• 具备独立推动项目从需求分析、方案设计到实施交付的能力；
• 具备数字化解决方案设计及系统整合能力，能够结合业务需求设计端到端解决方案，推动产品、系统、数据及业务流程的有效集成；
• 具备产品全生命周期管理意识，能够推动产品从概念验证（PoC）、上线交付到持续优化迭代；
• 具备较强的业务理解能力、逻辑分析能力和结构化表达能力；
• 优秀的跨部门沟通、协作及 Stakeholder Management 能力；
• 具备良好的中英文口头及书面沟通能力；
• 能够适应快速变化和多任务并行的工作环境；
• 熟悉 Agile、Scrum、Design Thinking 等产品与创新方法论；
• 熟悉中国数字化生态、互联网技术发展趋势及人工智能应用场景。
• 具备以下一个或多个领域的项目经验：

·        企业流程自动化平台及员工协作平台（RPA、Low-Code 等）；

·        O2O 数字化产品及移动应用；

·        Generative AI、AI Agent 或智能自动化相关产品；

·        IoT、智能硬件或机器人相关解决方案；

Job Summary:

As a Senior Integration & Innovation Analyst, you will identify business opportunities and design innovative digital solutions by leveraging emerging technologies, AI, automation, and enterprise platforms. You will partner with business and technology teams to drive digital products and integration initiatives from concept to implementation and value realization.

You will also support the continuous evolution of delivered products and solutions, ensuring they remain aligned with business needs and deliver sustainable value.

What You’ll Do:

Innovation Exploration & Digital Solution Design

• Identify digital innovation opportunities across business operations, employee experience, and business processes.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and assess their business applications.
• Design end-to-end digital solutions that integrate products, systems, data, and processes.
• Evaluate solution options and lead PoCs to validate feasibility and business value.
• Identify implementation risks and drive issue resolution.

System Integration & Technical Collaboration

• Drive system and data integration across enterprise applications, digital products, and data platforms.
• Partner with business, product, technology teams, and vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support API, data integration, and cross-platform solution design.
• Continuously improve solution performance, scalability, and business value.

Project Delivery & Implementation

• Lead digital and innovation initiatives from planning through go-live.
• Manage project plans, resources, risks, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide regular project updates and key insights to leadership.

Product Optimization & Value Realization

• Drive continuous improvement of delivered products and solutions.
• Gather user feedback and business needs to prioritize enhancements.
• Monitor adoption and key performance metrics.
• Support product evolution and long-term value realization.

What To Bring:

·        Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or a related field.

·        3-5 years of experience in digital products, business analysis, solution design, system integration, or digital transformation.

·        Proven ability to independently drive projects from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation and delivery.

·        Strong digital solution design and system integration capabilities, with the ability to design end-to-end solutions that connect products, systems, data, and business processes.

·        Product lifecycle mindset with experience supporting solutions from proof of concept (PoC) and implementation through continuous improvement and optimization.

·        Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-project environment.

·        Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, and other product and innovation methodologies.

·        Good understanding of China’s digital ecosystem, internet technology trends, and AI-related applications.

·        Experience in one or more of the following areas:

o  Enterprise process automation and employee collaboration platforms (e.g., RPA, Low-Code platforms).

o  O2O digital products and mobile applications.

o  Generative AI, AI Agents, or intelligent automation solutions.

o  IoT, smart devices, or robotics-related solutions.

o  Enterprise system integration, API integration, or data platform initiatives.
