职位介绍：

上海迪士尼度假区抖音官方旗舰店正在招聘运营专员，负责店铺日常全盘执行、生意落地、合规风控与数据复盘。本岗位聚焦文旅与酒店门票方向，覆盖商品上架、直播运营、客服管理、供应商协同、平台对接与数据复盘全链路。你将与团队紧密协作，保障店铺生意稳定运转、直播常态化、服务与供应链合规，是店铺日常运营的核心执行力量。

工作内容：

·        商品与价格合规运营：独立负责门票、酒店及套餐产品的全生命周期管理，包括价格/库存/页面展示等，确保商品信息准确、价格公示规范，从源头规避价格法与平台欺诈风险。

·        直播与POI阵地运营：主导常态化直播排期与线上执行，统筹POI门店阵地装修与流量承接，配合节点大促制定货品与玩法策略，通过每场数据复盘持续优化直播转化效率。

·        客服体系与用户体验管理：与内部团队客服团队一起，审核客服服务标准与话术体系，建立评分监控与客诉闭环机制，前置风险拦截并沉淀高频问题优化详情页告知，持续提升店铺体验分与用户满意度。

·        DP与内部协同管理：统筹酒店与票务业务与服务商的日常对接，保证内部政策在服务商侧准确执行，协同内部市场、定价、法务团队确保活动信息与产品变更在各端口一致落地。

·        DY平台对接与活动运营：负责抖音本地生活小二的日常对接，针对抖音端内各玩法活动统筹报名与资源位申报，跟进平台流量政策与扶持玩法，落地店铺增量动作并持续拓展平台合作深度。

·        数据复盘与生意保障：日常监控GMV、转化、退款等核心指标，针对异常数据输出优化方案，配合负责人完成年度季度复盘与预算拆解，驱动生意持续增长。

我们希望您：

·        1-3年抖音本地生活、文旅、酒店门票或OTA电商运营经验，有官方旗舰店运营经验优先。

·        具备对应渠道运营经验，熟悉抖音本地生活后台、团购产品上架、POI挂载、直播后台操作与平台活动报名流程。

·        英文流利，可作为工作语言进行日常沟通、邮件往来与会议汇报，能阅读英文平台规则与商务文档。

·        熟悉外企汇报流程，了解跨部门协作机制、周报月报规范、数据汇报逻辑与决策审批链路，能适应规范化、流程化的工作环境。

·        做事细心与闭环能力，数据敏感，有一定抗压能力。

Job Summary:

Shanghai Disney Resort's official Douyin flagship store is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist to oversee daily store operations, business execution, compliance risk management, and data review. Focused on tourism and hotel/ticketing, this role covers the full spectrum from product listing and livestream operations to customer service management, supplier coordination, platform liaison, and data review. You will collaborate closely with the team to ensure stable business performance, regular livestream scheduling, and compliant service and supply chain operations — serving as the core execution force for daily store operations.

What You’ll Do:

·        Product & Pricing Compliance: Independently manage the full lifecycle of tickets, hotel vouchers, and package products, including pricing, inventory, and page display. Ensure accurate product information and standardized price disclosure, proactively mitigating risks under pricing law and platform fraud regulations.

·        Livestream & POI Operations: Lead regular livestream scheduling and online execution. Oversee POI storefront setup and traffic conversion. Develop product and promotion strategies for seasonal campaigns, and continuously optimize livestream conversion efficiency through post-event data reviews.

·        Customer Service & User Experience: Work with the internal customer service team to review customer service standards and response frameworks. Establish rating monitoring and complaint resolution mechanisms. Proactively intercept risks and leverage high-frequency issue insights to optimize product page disclosures, continuously improving store experience scores and customer satisfaction.

·        DP & Internal Coordination: Manage daily coordination between hotel/ticketing business and service providers. Ensure internal policies are accurately executed on the service provider side. Collaborate with internal marketing, pricing, and legal teams to ensure consistent rollout of campaign information and product changes across all channels.

·        DY Platform Liaison & Campaign Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for Douyin Local Life account managers. Coordinate registrations and resource slot applications for various in-app campaigns and activities. Track platform traffic policies and incentive programs, executing incremental growth initiatives and deepening platform partnerships.

·        Data Review & Business Assurance: Monitor core metrics including GMV, conversion, and refund rates on a daily basis. Deliver optimization plans for anomalous data. Support leadership in annual/quarterly business reviews and budget breakdowns, driving sustainable business growth.

What To Bring:

·        1-3 years of e-commerce operations experience in Douyin Local Life, tourism, hotel/ticketing, or OTA industries; official flagship store experience preferred.

·        Proven channel operations experience, proficient in Douyin Local Life backend, group-buy product listing, POI integration, livestream backend, and platform campaign registration processes.

·        Fluent in English, able to use as a working language for daily communication, email correspondence, and meeting presentations; capable of reading English platform policies and business documents.

·        Familiar with multinational corporate reporting processes, including cross-functional collaboration mechanisms, weekly/monthly reporting standards, data reporting logic, and decision-making approval workflows; adaptable to structured and process-driven work environments.

·        Attention to detail, closure orientation & data driven.
